Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Seltjarnarnes

We loved the view and being just outside of the city. The apt. was super clean and comfortable, and parking was easy. Excellent stay!

Zeer fijn verblijf op een mooie centrale locatie bij Reykjavik, 10 minuten zit je in het centrum, en 10 minuten zit je ook op de ringweg. Vanaf luchthalen zeer goed bereikbaar en eenvoudig te vinden. Accomodatie is simpelweg perfect, zeer luxe, knus en super netjes. Keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, badkamer is compleet, slapen is heerlijk en rustig, weinig tot eigenlijk geen geluid. Woongedeelte is echt heel leuk ingericht en de televisie (alhoewel weinig tot niet gebruikt), is ook perfect. Zeer, zeer tevreden ik zou iedereen aanbevelen om hier te verblijven. De host Sara is bereikbaar en behulpzaam. 5/5, de volgende keer zal ik zeker weer hier verblijven.

Thordis has a beautiful apartment in a lovely neighborhood.The place was immaculate upon arrival. A highlight for us each morning was watching the seals congregate on a little island in the sea, which we could see from the back yard. Thordis was a great communicator and super helpful when we asked advice about the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely book her place again!

Svava's place was perfect for our first trip to Reykjavik. We loved the location, close to the cathedral, shopping and restaurants. Her directions about getting to the apartment and getting inside were complete and helpful. The apartment was clean and cosy, and had everything we needed. Svava helped us find a place to buy a small appliance we needed. One note: the floors coverings have concrete underneath. Since you'll be taking off your shoes inside, you may eant to bring slippers.

Once we found the apt it was perfect. It would’ve been helpful if the welcome/checkin message said it was around the back (around the corner) as the cab dropped us at the address but it took a few minutes to find the apt and lockbox. A clearer description would have been helpful. Other than that the apt is beautiful and in a perfect location. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a wonderful stay. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It’s close enough to town that you can walk or opt for the bus. Ample free parking around as well. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Jon was a great host! Really helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and in a great location. We were just 2-3 blocks from great restaurants, bars and shopping.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect—close enough to downtown, but still in a quiet, peaceful area. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed to feel comfortable. We also loved the thoughtful touches throughout the house, from cozy blankets to the coffee pots. This place made our trip even more memorable.

Comfortable bed, good shower, nice patio if the weather had permitted. Good location for visiting the Golden Circle and South Coast. Grocery store very close.

Nice house in in good area, a lot of space and light. Many games and toys for kids! 10 min by walk to the bus terminal.

An absolutely stunning lake side villa close to the famous Golden Circle. We used it as our base for a week to explore Iceland with friends. We were two families, with three children in total. The villa is simply stunning, so beautiful and the perfect home away from home. We all loved returning back in the evenings and enjoying the sauna and hot tub. Then the grown ups sat up late to take in the never ending sun outside, snuggled with blankets and fire pit for company. We lost track how many photos we all took of the lake. We also enjoyed our coffee in the morning over looking the lake and running the loop around the lake. Communication was excellent and Telma couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. We 100% recommend and will be back!

Loved Karen’s place and Karen was very responsive with my questions and provided helpful solutions. Loved the area and location. Got all my steps in each day. Loved Iceland in general and will be going back. Wasn’t prepared for the daylight but worked with it.

100/100 in iceland! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, even leaving us a handwritten note and it was such a thoughtful touch. also the kitchen was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. Being escaped from the coldness of iceland, heating worked perfectly, and the cozy, warm atmosphere made the place feel welcoming and comfortable after a day of exploring. The location was in a peaceful neighborhood, and the house was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. Staying here made our Iceland experience even more memorable !! Highly Recommended for those who want home-like airbnb. it has EVERYTHING 👍

Oppholdet har vært veldig bra! Utrolig koselig og sjarmerende hus. Vi brukte kveldene i huset, lagde mat og nøt sjarmen til huset. Ved adkomst ble vi mor av Òlavdur som fortalte oss om husets historie og ga tidlige instruksjoner for bruk av huset og tips om området. Hjertelig takk for oss! Jeg håper jeg kommer tilbake en gang. Anbefales varmt!

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Stadtrand von Reykjavik. Alles was man braucht, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Parken vor der Tür ist kein Problem.

We stayed at Gunnar’s apartment for a week during our visit to Reykjavík. The location was good and pretty central to restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit. We did rent a car which made travel much easier and the parking was abundant and not too expensive. The apartment itself was clean overall although some areas had some dust. No complaints here, it wasn’t a big deal. Gunnar did advertise that the apartment house(d) two cats but as someone with cat allergies I had no problem with any fur or cat dander. FYI, across Iceland the hot water is heated geothermically which gives off a sulfur smell, so don’t be alarmed. Thanks Gunnar, for allowing us to stay at your apartment during the week! Ken + Jenn

The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable with a lovely view of the little harbor nearby. It provided my son and I with a base to explore many of Iceland's attractions using our car rental. Getting into the city takes about 12 minutes by car and around 45 minute by bus. We opted to cook at home since there's not a lot of restaurants nearby. Generally speaking this was a fantastic place to stay and made our whole week in Iceland stress free and relaxing. The apartment also has great water pressure and lots of warm water!

Great stay. Plenty of space and a wonderful location. Recommend if you plan to rent a car and day trip from the city because dedicated parking. Was very comfortable and would stay again.

The Airbnb was easily accessible and well equipped with washing machine, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. There was also a designated parking spot for your vehicle. Magnus was responsive and extremely helpful in answering any queries. Would recommend this place

This was a great value for us. Really a nice size with plenty of room for the four of us. I had some questions while there and they were answered very quickly. We also got some great recommendations before our arrival from Amos, very friendly and helpful. The free parking was a plus but we did find that if you arrive later in the day/evening, you will likely have problems finding anything close. Would still definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a nice place near town.

Wir könnten nicht glücklicher sein. Es war für uns der letzte Stopp unserer Winterreise und die Gemütlichkeit der Unterkunft hätte uns fast nicht mehr nach Hause fliegen lassen. Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos und das einfache Leben durch die unmengen an Gewürzen, Tees, Kaffee hat das entspannte Erlebnis abgerundet. Man sollte keine Schwierigkeiten mit (wenn auch kurzen) steilen Treppen haben. Für uns eine ganz klare 10/10! Wir kommen gerne wieder, sollten wir nochmal nach Island reisen. This penthouse was the perfect location for exploring the city. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, the apartment beautifully staged and had every amenity we needed. Hilmar was a wonderful host who provided great recommendations from parking to restaurants. My favorite was Kol located on the ground floor of the same building. Hilmar left very clear instructions on everything we could possibly need and was so kind to offer us a late check-out. When I come back I would love to stay here again!
