The house was built 2018 and has a big windows so our guests can enjoy the view. The house is surrounded by beautiful wildlife at the summer time and the northern lights at the winter time. Urriðafoss Apartments is fully equipped with wifi, TV, combo washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, fridge, all necessary kitchen tools and hot tub.

Perfect stay for exploring south Iceland and enjoy nature and the northern lights in winter. Beautiful cabin by the river Hvítá in a prime location in the Golden Circle. Ásahraun is a small farm in an unspoiled nature, with friendly dog and other animals. In my lovely place, which is quiet and friendly, I have 3 sleeping barrels with wc and a sink. Sleeping in a barrel is a unique experience, cozy and quiet. I have a lovely shower house, hot tub and kitchen that you share with other guests. The location is a perfect base to visit all the unique locations in the south, and Reykjavik is a little less than an hour away.

Gamla húsið is in Kirkjuferjuhjaleiga horse-farm, located in the south of Iceland, 35km -from Reykjavík in Ölfus and 3min. drive off Route 1. Perfect as either the starting point for an exploration of southern Iceland or as a base since it is close to the Golden Circle and a few hours drive to the glaciers and black sands of the south. Kirkjuferjuhjaleiga is a horse farm, on the banks of the salmon-rich Ölfusá river surrounded by beautiful landscape.
