Spacious accommodation with a large terrace overlooking the Ploučnice River and the surrounding hills. There is a shared garden. You can make a fire here or sit in a spacious pergola. The accommodation is on the first floor. So consider whether you like stairs. There's another apartment below you. Everyone has their own private entrance and their own terrace. The accommodation is located in the village, so sometimes you can hear grass mowing or wood cutting. There is also a bike path.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Other beautiful and well-known places are Dresden 50 km, Pirna 35 km and Bad Schandau 15 km away.
