Living room and one bedroom is on the 3rd floor, the rest on the 2nd floor. A portable crib and highchair are provided free of charge if needed. The public playground is only 100 m away. You park your car directly in the free private parking space behind the house. 2 charging stations for your Tesla are next door.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

The apartment is centrally located and quiet overlooking Sebnitz. The marketplace and shopping facilities are within a 7-minute walk. Sebnitz is a very good starting point for exploring Bohemian and rear Saxon Switzerland. This is possible on foot or by bike. Even those who would like to use the mountain bike. Other beautiful and well-known places are Dresden 50 km, Pirna 35 km and Bad Schandau 15 km away.
