The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Our apartment is located directly at the spa park in Bad Schandau. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, the Toskanatherme, the Kirnitzschtalbahn, the historic Sendig lift or, for example, the National Park Center in the immediate vicinity. Directly from the property you can hike to the Schrammsteine, the Kohlbornstein or the Rathmannsdorfer lookout tower. All other highlights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

Unsere schöne Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, liegt direkt an der Elbe und ist ca. 75qm groß. Sie bietet viel Licht und Platz, komfortable Betten, eine wunderschöne Aussicht, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen privaten Parkplatz. Nach einer langen Wanderung oder Fahrradtour lässt es sich wunderbar auf dem Balkon am Wasser entspannen. Wer noch Lust hat, kann 5 Minuten spazieren gehen und die Muskeln in der Therme entspannen.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.
