Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sebastian

Alina is quick to respond to questions. She is proactive and contacted me the day before the trip. No complaints. This is my third year in a row staying there. I plan on returning next year and every year thereafter for my fishing trips.

A beautiful house on the inside and out! The accommodations were top notch and the pool was amazing! This is a rare gem located in a quiet, well kept neighborhood with a perfect location to awesome restaurants and the beach. The host was highly responsive and the check in/check out process was very easy. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying and just as phenomenal. I have family in the area and am familiar enough with the area to know it’s a great deal for the location and amenities offered. Great little spot and will be back again I’m sure.

The Host responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was amazingly clean! If I am traveling in the area again then I would rebook this place.

We had a great time staying at Andrew's place. When a few things didn't exactly match our expectations, the hosts went out of their way to make things right immediately. The property and house are fun and beachy. Our kids loved the pool!

This was our 4th time staying at Tracy’s. We always have a great stay, beautiful house, very clean and great pool. House is close to everything yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Tracy is very nice and responsive, already booked our next visit.

Truly enjoyed this property! Beautiful home with everything well stocked. Hot water takes a bit to warm up, but worked great after a couple minutes. Less than 5 miles to all the restaurants. Amy was very responsive (pretty much immediate), which is huge. I would recommend this property to anyone and look forward to returning to this Beautiful property!! Also, we didn’t have kids with us, but it would serve well for kids too.

Lovely place, well decorated, comfortable and homey. Cute neighborhood, lots of space between the homes, very quiet neighborhood. You can hear some trains at night so if you’re a very light sleeper bring a sound machine or ear plugs. There’s lots of lizards outside, but we didn’t see any signs of them indoors thankfully, lol. Hosts have provided just about everything you can think of that you might need or might have accidentally forgotten. Maybe one of the best outfitted homes we have stayed in. They even give access to the garage, though the neighbors are mostly retired folks who have lived there for decades, very safe and quiet area, so no worries on leaving the rental outside. It’s a short drive to Vero Beach where the rest of our relatives had booked along the beach. Super cute area, easy access to multiple supermarkets, restaurants, etc. If this place is available I think you should grab it.

Our stay at Alexandra's was truly exceptional and completely exceeded all my expectations. The listing promised a peaceful, relaxing, and restful experience, and it delivered on every single count. Everything was meticulously maintained and exactly as depicted in the photos and description. If you're looking for a place to disconnect and find tranquility, look no further, truly. I highly recommend this wonderful spot and will book again in the future!

Exactly what I needed. Made full use of the kitchen and appreciated all of the amenities. Melbourne is fun. Check out the EGAD district for nightlife

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

Had a great week at this cute and thoughtfully designed place in Palm Bay! It had everything we needed—including laundry—and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Unparalleled location!

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

This was my second time staying here. My first visit was back in 2022 and it was just as great then as it is now! The place was spotless, cozy, and in a great location. I really appreciated the host’s thoughtful recommendations for local things to do. Definitely a go-to spot whenever I'm in the area!

Beautiful and unique space close to everything. Loved being able to ride my bike everywhere. Had everything I needed in the kitchen. Screened porch was amazing for taking in afternoon thunderstorms.

This Mahalo Condo is the perfect setup for anyone seeking direct access to the beach and ocean. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Walkable distance to the beach and multiple pools in the complex. We loved our stay!

The condo was perfect with everything we needed. Pedro was very responsive and a great host!

Jack was an excellent host.He left clear directions and answered back in a timely manner. He left several cold bottles of water which we used for coffee. The beds were comfortable. We would be happy to return.

Get well over what you pay for. We had two children and three adults. So we maxed out the bed limitations and still felt that we had plenty of room but would also fit just a couple nicely! No detail was missed by the host. What a relief it is traveling with kids and know there is beach towels. Bandaids. Soaps and extra soft blankets! Our trip was cut short due to an injury that we had to visit the ER. Kimberly was so so helpful with recommendations and did everything she could to have us feel at home. The neighborhood has a pool, golf course out back with a lake and we even saw a baby bunny out front. The back porch has a private view away from the parking lot. AC is cold. Wi-Fi is fast and the beds are cozy. Lots of extra towel, ceiling fans for those who can’t sleep without it, mirrors with built in lights for those makeup girlys. Water filter in the fridge which helps cut back on waste. She also has someone on sight if any repairs are needed! LOVED LOVED this place!!

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Olga‘s place was beautiful, and pristine. It was nicely furnished, clean, and relaxing. The view is also beautiful and the location is great. I would love to stay there again. Olga was also flexible and super sweet to communicate with.

This was a really nice place within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and things to do. I enjoyed my stay and had no issues. There is a biscuit place on the first floor that I tried out and found overpriced/did not really enjoy. Just an FYI for future travelers. Everything else was great.
