Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Seaview

I’d like to say huge Thank You! We had amazing time at The Gables. The house is much bigger than on the photos and very well designed. It’s important to us that Jane provided all essentials like foil, washing up liquid, salt, etc. She also gave us a few recommendations and all of them were superb (especially Crown & Anchor and the pizza place CHK). Also, she allowed us to use the beach trolley which was very convenient as the beach is in a walking distance. I would highly recommend this house for family gatherings and I hope we’ll be back one day.

Had a long weekend here. House was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Well located for Seagrove Bay and Seaview village within a 10-15 minute walk. Parking is close by but can be competitive! There is a reserved space for the house though. I'd recommend to any larger groups visiting the island, and would happily stay again.

We enjoyed a week's stay at Sarah's property. We really loved the walks to Shanklin and Sandown. The costal walk was a bit steep but that's to be expected on the IOW! The property was spacious and clean. Everything that we needed during our stay was provided. The beds were nice and comfy.

We had the most lovely stay! We felt right at home, it was beautiful and comfortable and we were in complete awe the moment we walked in. The amenities were perfect. Cannot fault anything! Kate was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back to stay again.

absolute gem literally home from home . lovely seaside cottage with literally everything in it that you could possibly want or need . I will definitely be booking stephs home in the near future and I highly recommend it to friends and family it was spot on in every way ... and we were left the most gorgeous rock cakes . fabulous . perfect.

The location was perfect .. Closer to the Village yet still walkable to the beach .. house was ultra modern .. beautifully furnished , high quality crockery , glasses etc . Beds were super comfy and beautiful high quality bed linen . The outdoor space was perfect for the dog , would have loved a hot tub rather than a sauna ..( just saying 🤣) Great bathrooms huge showers .. will definitely re book

Brilliant house to stay in for a get-away in Ryde. Everything went very smoothly, the house was impeccably clean and just as described. Excellent location - close to town and right by the beach. We had a really lovely holiday, thank you Mike!

This property rates more than 5 stars! Self-contained, well-equipped, every detail attended to, lots of welcoming touches like milk, bread, fruit ... we even found a bag of frozen chips in the freezer. This really is an exceptional property and I would love to visit again, in fact I would arrange a holiday just to stay here. It is excellent value for money when so many owners are quite frankly ripping guests off. But cost aside, for a self contained property you will simply not do any better. It was a little way from the area we were visiting, but that did not matter. It was a pleasure to leave from and come back to. If you are a reader there is a great selection of books and watching birds in the garden is a delight. Does this sound a bit "gushy" .. maybe , but that's not me! I am genuinely pleased to have stayed here and would love to return.

Loved it! Across de street from Gunwharf Quays, you can’t ask for a better location. AND on the eleventh floor, water side so the view is spectacular. Loved everything about the flat and would come back every time I’m in Portsmouth.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment on the Isle of Wight. Located in a stunning Georgian building, the space is full of character with impressively high ceilings, large windows, and breathtaking sea views. The apartment is cosy, thoughtfully decorated with great taste, and equipped with everything a traveller could possibly need. It was also perfect for staying with our toddler – a travel cot was provided, which made things so much easier. The location couldn’t be better: just a stone’s throw from both the beach and the high street, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area. All in all, a truly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! Amazing place to stay, my partner and I found the location really easily. Paul would always respond in a timely manor and overall was a great experience!

A lovely cosy space, home away from home. Has everything you need and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for my Husband and I along with our 11 year old son. We would definitely recommend.

What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

The flat was really nice and clean, was located amongst different shops and next to cosham station. The noise level was good for being on a high street, and the communication from the host was excellent

Very sweet little cottage, beautifully decorated with everything you would need inside of it. Great location, with a nice pub down the road. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for all. The only downside is that it is situated on a busy road so at night you can sometimes hear the cars, but we didn’t mind.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Easy access to nearby coastal path with a good pub opposite. The places is as described and clean - will definitely start again .

This is a lovely apartment which is spotlessly clean, bright and cheerful and a pleasure to stay in.

Just come back from a two night stay, we had a restful time and enjoyed the close proximity to the town. The weather was unfortunately disappointing but it didn’t dampen our spirits. The home baked chocolate treats were a warm welcoming surprise, as was the Prosecco and crisps. Everything about our stay was just what we needed and we will definitely look you up when we next visit to make a booking
