Vacation rentals with beach access in Seaview

The appartment was in an excellent location although access to the town on foot was hampered by the recent rockfall which had blocked all access via the direct route. This, obviously was outside of David and Mandy hands, but advanced info on this issue would have been helpful, as my wife is still recovering from a knee replacement. However, this would not have resulted in us changing our booking. The property was well equipped, comfortable and clean, with a fantastic view over the beach and sea. Ventnor Park and the beach were all within 10 to 15minute walking distance and the town would have been less than five minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely stunning! This gorgeous apartment offers everything you need for a true home-away-from-home experience—comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you might require. And the view? Simply breathtaking. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. A beautiful location to get away from it all with a small selection of places to eat and drink within a couple of minutes walk - we ate at Drifters which can recommend as the food was delicious. There is also a small selection of shops with everything you might need. We stayed for 3 nights but wished we had stayed longer as you are also a in a good position to visit Chichester, Portsmouth and Arundel Castle but to be honest we had such amazing weather in a wonderful location we didn't venture very far on this trip but will definitely be booking to visit again! Absolutely perfect!

Loved it! Across de street from Gunwharf Quays, you can’t ask for a better location. AND on the eleventh floor, water side so the view is spectacular. Loved everything about the flat and would come back every time I’m in Portsmouth.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment on the Isle of Wight. Located in a stunning Georgian building, the space is full of character with impressively high ceilings, large windows, and breathtaking sea views. The apartment is cosy, thoughtfully decorated with great taste, and equipped with everything a traveller could possibly need. It was also perfect for staying with our toddler – a travel cot was provided, which made things so much easier. The location couldn’t be better: just a stone’s throw from both the beach and the high street, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area. All in all, a truly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

Our second stay at the Salt Shack and it didn't disappoint. We've loved long dog walks on the beach, sea swimming and fossil hunting! This is the prefect place as one of our party has a disability. 😊

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Beach Lodge. It was the perfect base for myself, my husband, our two young children and our dog to stay for a couple of days whilst enjoying the delights of West Wittering Beach and the surrounding area. The lodge is connected to the main house, where the owners live, but it felt very private as it has its own front door and a back gate which meant we could come and go as we pleased. It is located literally just a few minutes walk to the beach - so very convenient! The lodge also has its own private, enclosed garden which was perfect for the kids and the dog. Communication with Michelle and Jack was faultless. Ahead of our stay, Michelle sent recommendations of local places for dinners/lunches which were so helpful and we ate at a few and all were delicious. Thanks Michelle! Overall, we found Beach Lodge to be peaceful, comfortable and the perfect place for a short weekend away from London. We certainly hope to return again soon!

Loved where Tom-pass The key's home is. Very peaceful. Lovely out look from the conservatory. Beach is 5 minutes by car. Chichester 10 minutes by car. Really lovely place.

We had the most lovely stay! We felt right at home, it was beautiful and comfortable and we were in complete awe the moment we walked in. The amenities were perfect. Cannot fault anything! Kate was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back to stay again.

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. absolute gem literally home from home . lovely seaside cottage with literally everything in it that you could possibly want or need . I will definitely be booking stephs home in the near future and I highly recommend it to friends and family it was spot on in every way ... and we were left the most gorgeous rock cakes . fabulous . perfect.

Unique and amazing location. The window seat provides a 180 degree view of sea and sky across to the Isle of Wight. All very beautiful and dramatic. Clean and well looked after. Enjoyable stay for all the family.

Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

Finn’s place had everything I needed for my stay, including an amazing view to watch the changing tides and people with their dogs enjoying the beach and the sea. Unfortunately it was still too cold for me to consider swimming. I would love to stay at Finn’s again next time I come to Bognor Regis.

Goldeneye was the perfect place for our puppy’s first staycation! Rob went over and above to provide instructions and excellent recommendations, sending all information across ahead of our visit. All of the little touches for us we truly appreciated. Area is perfect for a seaside trip, very dog friendly and the apartment was perfect size. Would 100% recommend, thanks Rob!!

Very sweet little cottage, beautifully decorated with everything you would need inside of it. Great location, with a nice pub down the road. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for all. The only downside is that it is situated on a busy road so at night you can sometimes hear the cars, but we didn’t mind.
