This was one of the best airb I have stayed at in this area. Loved the heated bathroom floor, good natural light, comfy bed and plenty of towels and coffee. Felt very safe coming and going even after dark.

Tracy’s place worked out great for our five night stay in Seattle. My wife and I were in from Boston to visit my daughter and her family who live two blocks from Tracy’s place. The cottage was spotless, quiet, comfortable, and well appointed. It was a bit of a sanctuary for us to return to at the end of a fun filled day with two active young grandchildren. My daughter and her husband are already recommending a stay at the cottage to other out-of-state visitors. We recommend it as well.

My husband and I had a great 3 night stay at Kathryn and Tom’s place. The space was very comfortable for 2 adults. We enjoyed having a private entrance via the garage and access to laundry. The space was clean and well stocked with household items you may need during your stay. The location was great - safe, walkable, and easy access to downtown and other parts of Seattle. We appreciated the dedicated parking space out front. Communication was easy, clear, and quick. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Seattle!

Janet's place was splendid in every way. All the rooms--especially the large, stunningly-lit, beautifully-decorated main room...but also the bathroom and bedroom...were comfortable, clean, and charming. All the amenities we needed (and many we didn't use) were present, from coffee-maker to microwave. The setting was perfect. Located in a quiet, elegant Seattle neighborhood Janet's place was easy to reach by bus (in our case) and car (when we eventually rented). A bus from the Mt. Baker lightrail station stops at the corner...literally. Down the street we found a fine Italian restaurant with a good menu and reasonable prices and two local coffee shops. Perhaps the best part of the setting is the porch...shaded, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, surrounded by trees and shrubbery, and yet offering stunning views of Lake Washington and the Cascades. When the clouds cleared, we could see Mount Rainier! Communication with Janet was also excellent, as were her instructions.

Great location, quiet, walking distance from coffee shop and restaurants. Clean, private, and cozy unit. Perfect size for a short trip and it came with a portable monitor! Great if you have a laptop and need to work on anything.

This was such a perfect stay! Incredibly clean and cozy in a quiet neighborhood that’s accessible and has super easy parking. Elizabeth was so quick to respond to any questions and was warm and welcoming. I felt very safe and taken care of here. When I travel back to Seattle I will definitely be back and recommend this spot to others. Thank you for the hospitality and the attention to detail in your care. Everything was immaculate, down to the quality of the sheets. This was my first time experiencing a heated bathroom floor, it was so incredible!!

Me and my fiancé felt super comfy and enjoyed the entire stay. It was clean and accommodating is the word that comes to mind. Definitely feels like an entire stay to yourself and it’s quiet and safe.

We had the loveliest stay at Maranda’s! The place was cozy and the perfect accommodation for our stay. Maranda responded quickly if we had any concerns and was very welcoming.

Our stay here was lovely. It was so fun to walk everywhere & explore. We walked to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries & shops. The sauna & space are relaxing & the bed is so comfortable.

Great location in West Seattle. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

I had a very relaxing stay. My children visited and their was plenty of room to have dinner together and enjoy the view. I bed was comfortable, the furniture, too. Alki beach is close, so we spent time there and my son's place wasn't far away. West Seattle was most accommodating. Thanks!

This was the COZIEST bed I have slept in my entire life! We had 4 adults and 3 kids, and we were more than comfortable with privacy and quiet. Loved the space and all the extra touches for kids, and everything was labeled for ease of use and finding things. Parking was great and labeled. The steps are REAL, but as able bodied fit folks this was no problem. Just be aware if you have mobility issues (and the listing is clear about this!). Great place and hosts. :)

Great place with close access to the highway. Instructions were very clear and helpful. The place is nice and cozy. Tina is a great host and is always a text away. would recommend and would definitely return.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location close to the beach and parks was amazing. The kitchen and the bathroom were well equipped. Would consider coming back for sure.

This is probably one of the nicest Airbnbs I have stayed at. It was super clean. Nicely furnished, plenty of room. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We really loved it. I would highly recommend staying there.

Ann was an excellent host! She was responsive and proactive about providing information about the stay. Her instructions were easy to follow and checking in/checking out was straightforward. My stay was very comfortable. If available, I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Seattle!

Exceeded expectations. We stayed for a month and enjoyed the easy access to the Columbia City neighborhood. In our opinion, since we have been to Seattle many times, this is the best location for walkable access to restaurants, bars, bakeries, grocery stores, and coffee shops. We also had a vehicle and the on street parking was always available. A reality check for people with physical challenges. This may not be the place for you. The steep concrete stairway from the street to the front door is not for the faint of heart. Also, the walk back to the unit from the commercial area will get your attention. But this is the Seattle topography after all. Get used to it. We would absolutely stay here again.

My friend and I loved this place and our stay here, we would love to return again if we trip to seattle in the future!

Such a nice space, felt very quiet and private, and the neighborhood has views of the very close-by Puget Sound by Alki beach. Would stay again without hesitation

Wally and Teresa’s property is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It was so peaceful and comfortable, which was much needed and appreciated. They are hands-on hosts, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet getaway.
