A private Sea Ranch hide-a-way set high on a hill with views of the Pacific Ocean and the equestrian center. This home offers stunning sunsets from the deck and bright coastal stars from the large hot tub. 6 adults max (8 total guests) will enjoy the 2 large bedrooms and one fun bunk room that sleeps 4 children. The house sports air hockey, cornhole, and other games for family fun. You can explore the coast, walk the bluffs and enjoy the Sea Ranch community pools, tennis courts and saunas.

Private and spacious redwoods retreat at Sea Ranch

Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle. Balina: ocean views, hot tub, pets OK, remodeled

Balina is a home on the meadow with ocean views. It is a beautiful location for a relaxing getaway with friends and family. You can sometimes see whales from the deck during whale watching season, which is why the house was named "Balina," Turkish for "whale," by a previous owner. The bluffs are a 5 minute walk from the house with close access to multiple beaches. We currently stay at Balina every other month ourselves, and we care about the condition of the house very much.

Heron House on The Sea Ranch

Enjoy modern comfort, ocean views, private hot tub and shared pool at the Heron House on The Sea Ranch. Minutes to the bluff trail and 15 minutes to the beach at the regional park just north of TSR boundary. Fifty miles of hiking trails. You’ll love the peaceful courtyard, comfortable furnishings, chef's kitchen and fiber optic wifi. Heron House is great for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pet fee).

The Wild Kindness: 3BR/2BA, Hot Tub, EV charger

The Wild Kindness has opened our 2nd property and our first at Sea Ranch. This family-friendly 3BR, 2BA home with a hot tub is surrounded by redwoods on a quiet cul de sac, 5 minutes to Gualala, Del Mar Rec Center, Sea Ranch Golf Course, and walkable to the coast. Enjoy modern, comfortable furnishings, and great amenities. The house comfortably sleeps 6, has a futon for a 7th, fast fiber-optic internet, and a Tesla charger.

Welcome to our relaxing, cozy and recently remodeled Sea Ranch house with amazing ocean views! It is a 2-bedroom, 2- bath 1,200 sqft home located on the East side of Hwy 1 resting up on the hillside and offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, meadow, and a forest. Relax at the oversized window seats overlooking the ocean, connect with friends and family and go hiking. There are many trails steps away from the house.
