Private room - 10 mins train to City

Private room in house with private bathroom. 5 min walk to the station where trains runs every half hour and take 10 mins to arrive at Waverley station. Close to Musselburgh and Portobello. Private parking. Large retail park (Fort Kinnaird) nearby (2 min drive or 15 min walk) where you can find many restaurants, cinema and clothing stores. We have a Cavapoo (called Brodie) who is 3 years old and super friendly. He does not shed any hairs and is never allowed in guest bedroom.
