Walk to the City Centre from a Charming Flat

The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots, pans and utensils. There are also a number of appliances including a blender. There's a walk in closet in the bedroom and lounge, so whether you're 2 or 4 people staying here, you can easily store your things out of sight. You'll be close to everything Edinburgh has to offer. Walking to the main festival venues, Edinburgh castle, or the Old Town will take you about 10 to 20 minutes. As this listing is for the 'entire property', you have access to everything in the flat. We will either meet guests on arrival or use the keybox located just outside the front door. The Kings Theatre is a stone's throw away, as are cinemas, great coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. For golfers, there's also an amazing 36-hole city centre pitch and putt just around the corner. About 10 different local bus routes can take you anywhere you want to go, but i would recommend walking as everything is so close. Alternatively, you always have cabs (Black cabs / mini cabs or Uber).

Enjoy a wonderfully appointed modern apartment with in a Victorian building, which is centrally located in the old town. Three flights of stairs lead to the top floor flat on a narrow traditional stairwell. The apartment has underfloor heating and anti steam mirror in the bathroom. Comfortable king size bed, well designed kitchen, cosy living room with pleasant views. The Grassmarket is 5 minute walk. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and coffee shops to choose from.
