The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

We had a short but very nice stay in the apartment, nothing was missing! A very nice hostess in a pretty, quiet little place. The apartment is very cozy, the kitchen is above average, and for our little daughter there were many toys to discover. Thanks!!

We stayed with 3 couples and 1 dog for 3 nights in the Rothäuser Mühle. Bernhard and Susanne are great, likeable and uncomplicated hosts. Always helpful and always approachable and yet mindful of the privacy of the guests. Great! We felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. Everything your heart desires. Our dog spent the whole day outside on the spacious grounds and we didn't want to do a big city tour because it was so nice to sit there under shady trees and enjoy the free days together. We will be happy to come back!

super apartment with garden! plenty of space, everything you need for a successful vacation! various local beers and wines (optional) to drink, already cooled on arrival! for young and old, there are numerous possibilities for activities in the surrounding area. We enjoyed that we could also start our hikes directly from the apartment! We highly recommend the apartment and would love to come again!

We had a great time in the beautiful apartment in the most central location. The balcony is a dream, the studio is perfectly and tastefully equipped. You can reach everything on foot from there, supermarket is directly opposite, subway too. Ludwig is a very likeable host who took care of everything. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back!

Very clean and quiet apartment (as shown in the pictures) with a beautiful terrace to relax after a strenuous bike ride. Andreas is a very nice and helpful host who warmly welcomes his guests. We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. It is huge and lovingly furnished, everything is available and sparkling clean. Philipp personally welcomed us, showed us everything and explained. In the summer temperatures, we enjoyed the coolness in the apartment and the shady seating area outside. We will be happy to come back.

It is a lovely place to stay. Hosts are amazing. They even allowed us to collect fresh eggs from the few chicken that they have. We enjoyed the walks in the forest that is next to a house.

The apartment is very suitable for a couple. The location is perfect to explore Fulda and the surrounding area. Parking spaces were available. Shopping is within walking distance. Fulda is a really nice city and worth a trip. Thank you.

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

Dietmar personally welcomed us and comprehensively instructed us in the apartment. The most beautiful is the outdoor seat next to the stream. Hallstadt is a lovely little town, Bamberg is easily accessible by public transport. Parking directly on the property is worth its weight in gold. If we come back to Bamberg, we will definitely stay here again.
