The apartment is located on the third floor and has three bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and a separate toilet as well as a spacious hallway.

Our pretty 1-room apartment with separate kitchen and separate bathroom is located in the basement of our terraced house. It offers two people a lot of comfort for a feel-good visit to Würzburg. The apartment is located between the University of Hubland and the old town. The campus of the University of Würzburg (Hubland) is 1 km away and can be reached on foot in 13 minutes. The Residenz Würzburg (2 km) is a 25-minute walk.
