Es verfügt über alles was es für einen längeren Aufenthalt oder für Wohnen auf Zeit nötig ist. Es verfügt über ein Bad mit Dusche und eine brandneue voll ausgestattete, offene Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Herd und Geschirr.

Vehicles are available in the yard, and the garden can be discovered and relaxed in. An electric car can charge at our wallbox.

Alte Dorfkirche

Die ehemalige Dorfkirche liegt in einem 1.600 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück mitten im Dorf Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Von allen Seiten umschlossen ist es ein idealer Rückzugsort, ohne „aus der Welt zu sein“. In der Morgensonne vor der Sakristei, auf der Kirchenmauer am Nachmittag oder abends unter Obstbäumen. Im unteren Turmzimmer auf der Couch, im oberen Turmzimmer – dem ehemaligen Glockenraum – beim Beobachten der Vögel. Es findet sich immer ein nettes Plätzchen.

Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

The 1st apartment is on the 2nd floor. The apartments are close to downtown, located at Deutschhöferstr. 2, and can be reached quickly within a 10-minute walk or by bus. The information will be released 48 hours before arrival. There is a self check-in through a key safe. Wifi is available. Parking is around the corner or in the side street. For a small extra charge you could change the check-in/out times. This is only available on request.
