Obwohl es sich auf 950m befindet, braucht man nur 7 Autominuten ins Stadtzentrum Hohenems. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung direkt bei der Jausenstation Kreiers Alp, von der aus man viele Wanderungen und Ausflüge unternehmen kann, ohne ins Auto steigen zu müssen. Bei der Feuerstelle kann man mit Blick auf Wald, Berge und Bodensee entspannen.
