Unser charmantes Apartment im „Shabby Chic Stil“ bietet auf ca. 70 qm drei gemütliche Schlafzimmer und eine großzügige Wohnküche mit Balkon für bis zu 6 Personen . Hier könnt ihr gemeinsam kochen, entspannen und gesellige Abende verbringen. Das Apartment befindet sich in der zweiten Etage unseres Wohnhauses in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung am Fuße des malerischen Berges „Niedere“ (um die Ecke vom Gleitschirmlandeplatz). Wir leben im Erdgeschoss mit 8-jährigen Sohn, unserer Hündin und einer Katze.

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Old farmhouse

Quiet location with the best views - surrounded by nature. The house is located on the Gamserberg at 975 meters above sea level adjacent to my farm. With beautiful views of the St. Galler Rhine Valley and all around the beautiful mountain scenery. Ground floor: kitchen with wood-burning stove for heating, large living room, terrace and entrance. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and washing machine. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms.

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with a large kitchen-living room two bathrooms, a separate toilet and 5 bedrooms over three floors. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
