We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

We welcome you to the Holznest! Your apartment with wooden hut flair. You can expect natural materials and sustainability on two levels in our solid wood house completed in 2022. Downstairs is the living/cooking/dining area with sofa bed and terrace, upstairs is the panoramic bedroom and bathroom with rain shower. Enjoy the coziness and warmth of the spruce wood. Come and see the most beautiful corner of the Bavarian Alps, listen to the echo of the Königssee or climb the famous Watzmann. In bad weather, enjoy relaxing hours in the Watzmanntherme, explore the mysterious salt mine or make yourself comfortable in front of the wood-burning stove. The apartment offers space for 2-3 guests. A shared garden is at your disposal.

Hello and welcome to our brand new, stylish and quiet apartment, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The 30 m² duplex apartment has a high-quality sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your favorite dishes. For your comfort, you will find real wood floors with underfloor heating, a TV, a reading chair, indirect lighting, a hairdryer and a desk. Königssee can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.

The apartment was completely renovated in August 2020 and is in the immediate vicinity of the Berchtesgaden Alpine National Park. Directly from the front door you can set off on your hike, climbing tour or mountain bike tour. Beer gardens and inns are within walking distance. Optionally, two specialized Levo e-bikes can be booked. Tourist tax is 2.60 euros per day / adult and 1.30 euros per day / children (between 6-17 years)
