From here you have easy access to the centers of Leipzig and Schkeuditz. After 9 minutes walk you can reach the Elster Bridge and is right in the countryside. After about 11 minutes by car you can reach the airport and the Porsche factory.

I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.
