In addition to the large bathroom with shower AND bathtub, there is a guest toilet for guests, under the wooden parquet there is underfloor heating and the design kitchen offers everything you need. The accommodation is located in the historic city center. In 5 minutes, you can reach the tram stop and shops for daily needs as well as pizza delivery services. You will find free parking not far from the property (about 1 minute) It's less than 5 minutes to the highway. So it's ideal for a short break before continuing your journey. Often the house is not bookable, although it is actually available. So feel free to ask if it has to be spontaneous or if you would like to stay longer.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

We are the Braasch family and in our house there is a small but nice apartment with a separate entrance, which we would like to offer as a guest apartment. Our house is close to Leipzig Airport but not in the flight path. You can get to the motorway quickly and get to Leipzig, Halle, the airport, Nova Eventis, Belantis, etc. quickly and easily.
