On 39 m² you will find everything you need to live and sleep. The TinyHouse offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay on one level. There are steps at the entrance and to the terrace. The house is ideal for 1-2 adults and offers optimal comfort in a small space.

The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.

In the kitchen, there is a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (for capsules), oven, four hotplates and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment offers plenty of space to relax with family and friends.

Unser Aparthouse Leonhard wurde im Mai 2023 neu eröffnet. Die 9 Wohneinheiten wurden in ökologischer Bauweise errichtet. Dich erwartet bei uns ein schallisoliertes 1-Zimmer-Apartment welches durch seine moderne und zugleich praktische Einrichtung überzeugt. Es erfolgt während dem Aufenthalt etwa alle zwei Wochen eine Reinigung inklusive Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel.
