Great place to stay with beautiful view and a great space outside for the kids to play

Absolutely loved our stay at Cliff House with Jacquline. Beautiful location, swimming pool was such a bonus for the children, they loved it! The grounds were fantastic, such a lot to explore, our children loved the chickens and climbing frame and the private wood was great for hide and seek. Jacquline was such a great, friendly host and gave us great advice about visiting York. She even arranged an Easter egg hunt for our children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend at Salty Kisses with my family. The house was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Joanne was a very good host and emailed all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to relax with friends. Really enjoyed the terrace and the views. Comfortable beds. A very attractive holiday park estate with a great feel. So close to the beaches and beach cafe. Richard very responsive and helpful. A perfect week.

The place was lovely, a short walk to the lovely beach was the main draw. A good location to explore nearby towns by car. The additional of the on site swimming pool was great. The house the comfortable and great space for the 4 of us. Andree was very friendly and knew if we needed anything we could get in touch. Thanks.

Great location! perfect for beach, dog walks and bus to Scarborough /Filey etc. if not driving. Caravan had everything we needed including dishwasher/air fryer/microwave and plenty of dishes/cups/glasses/ cutlery etc. Kim was a very responsive host. Situated near shop playground and pool it’s in ideal spot on the site. Car can be parked right across from caravan so easy to walk on grass to/from caravan.

My large family group stayed in the two properties for my mum’s birthday celebrations. It was great having the two houses right next door and the thoughtful birthday banners that were there on our arrival were a lovely touch-as were the welcome baskets. We really enjoyed our stay at The Bay - there was lots to do and both houses suited us really well. Victoria was a fabulous host - quick to respond and really helpful. We hope to visit again.

Had a lovely stay here. Home is well equipped and cosy, a great location with beautiful views. Loved having my morning coffee by the river. The kids are already asking to come back next year.

This accommodation was faultless, it is freshly decorated, extremely clean and has a modern feel. We really enjoyed our stay here and would return. Great location for the open air theatre 10 out of 10

A super cottage in a beautiful , peaceful location overlooking the river. The cottage was comfortable, well equipped and very spacious for 4 adults. Cara was a responsive and helpful host. The location is perfect for getting to Whitby, the NE coast or the North Yorkshire Moors. We walked into Whitby on the beautiful riverside path, accessible and only 35 mins. We happily recommend.

Beautiful cottage. Great care had been taken with the decor, fittings and appliances and everything was in perfect working order. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. There was a lovely welcome message when we arrived and some delicious ginger biscuits were waiting on the kitchen counter. The cottage is ideally situated with just a two minute walk to the cliff top coastal path and a short drive to the RSPB Reserve at Bempton Cliffs where we achieved our goal of seeing puffins . I am so pleased I chose this particular property

A Perfect Family Retreat at Lavender Cottage. Our stay at Lavender Cottage was lush. This beautifully quirky cottage provided the perfect blend of comfort, character, and convenience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm ambiance and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The cottage itself is impeccably maintained, offering a fully equipped kitchen . The spacious lounge, complete with a cozy sofas, was ideal for unwinding after a day out. The bedrooms were a haven of tranquility, with luxurious linens and ample storage space, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was perfect for our family, with easy access to Scarborough’s beautiful beaches and Olivers Mount for the cycle festival. Lavender Cottage truly exceeded our expectations. Larpool mill was exactly as we expected, beautiful house and peaceful surroundings, we did have a couple of issues whilst we stayed but they were both sorted immediately. I would highly recommend Larpool Mill we had a lovely family stay , even the baby enjoyed crawling around the garden I would always recommend a visit to the butchers in Ruswarp especially if you intend to BBQ .

The cottage is set back from the main road in the grounds of the owners main house. The property is a really good size, very deceptive. To access the rear cottage style patio is through the main bedroom. With views over the owners amazing garden at the back. Felt like a peek into the Chelsea flower show, garden envy ! The owners provide everything needed. Games for kids, kitchen amenities... etc Only a very brief visit, but had a lovely stay here.

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and this accommodation was the best by far! It was spotlessly clean and all the fixtures and fittings were very high end. Excellently located to enable touring from Flamborough Head to Staithes and inland to the North York Moors. The view from the property was superb, looking towards the sea and Scarborough Castle and it was very peaceful. Angela and Richard were wonderful hosts and I felt that by the end of our stay we had become good friends. We highly recommend a stay here.

Amazing place. Much much bigger than we expected. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We ended up making full use of the facility and eating in for four nights. Heating comes on automatically, the place was nice and warm. Heaps of towels. Extremely quiet and very comfortable beds We slept so well. Ample street parking with disc and scratch tickets provided. Seascape was perfect in all respects. After 4 days we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back if they will have us. 😁

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s cottage in Whitby. It was absolutely perfect for myself, my family, and our dog. The location is ideal — peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to a lovely local pub and beautiful surroundings to explore. The cottage itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already looking at dates to book again — highly recommend!

This House represented excellent value for money. Extremely clean and well presented. Very good attention to detail and everything we needed for a pleasant stay was catered for. Simon's communication was first class throughout the stay and i would have no hesitation in booking this property again. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in monkeypowder. We loved the layout with the bedrooms downstairs and living area on the ground floor. The living room has great sea views and an area to sit and lookout. There is a huge comfortable sofa and great wallpaper of a view of Scarborough. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and a great space to enjoy a meal together. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a modern ensuite. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we loved the quirky furniture. Free parking was a bonus and a great location to explore Scarborough.

We had a lovely stay at Thomas’ house . The house had plenty of space for us all and it was very comfortable in the evenings, cook a meal and relax . The front terrace was a lovely space to sit out in the sunshine . It was great to walk down the hill into Robin Hoods Bay, with pubs and restaurants . Also so easy to walk out along the coastal path. We had a great stay and were blessed with sunshine every day !
