We had a wonderful stay! The property was delightful with many outstanding features. Very nicely equipped too and the beds so comfortable. Stunning views and space around was perfect. The hosts were excellent...very informative, alwayszavailable and extremely friendly. We'd definitely like to stay here again. The young children loved it too.

Me and my wife Jude loved this place. Very scenic and peaceful yet within good distance to Leeds centre for when we wanted to do something more active. The hosts were brilliant, welcoming and friendly and the place was fantastic value. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thankyou Andy & Jude

A lovely place to stay, we all really enjoyed our time here. The welcome basket was very generous and much appreciated. The house is just as described and as seen in the photos... perfect. This was an amazing place - we felt right at home. We were four families travelling to do do Yorkshire 3 peaks and chose Masham as our base. The place was just ideal and the house was amazing and extremely well kept with everything that one could imagine being around. Carolyn and Steve are true super hosts and were extremely proactive and helpful. Cant thank them enough. Would love to stay here again for sure.

Any less than 5* or a-maz-ing would be doing Jane and Crabapple Cottage a disservice. The neighbours were fabulous too. We had everything we could possibly want in the cottage and looong garden, and more, including the trampoline 😄 Jane was super responsive to questions I raised even when she was out with a friend and immediately set to finding a solution to our mini problem. Settees and bed were very comfortable and our dog was immediately relaxed in the property which was also really important to us. So many places to visit nearby and lots to do, we could have spent way more time there.

Great place to stay in a lovely area. Very comfortable with everything we needed and lots of thoughtful little extras. John and Tricia were friendly and helpful hosts with lots of useful local recommendations. We loved meeting all the animals too. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely house very clean and tidy, lots of dvds and tv has free view, Netflix etc, very well equipped has everything you need, great location for us visiting Bramham horse trials. Will definitely stay again.

the flat was exactly like the photos. very clean and full of equipment. easy to station and city center. Gabrielle is very helpful.

Daisy was a lovely host who had everything ready, and was quick to respond and accommodate our need for an earlier check in. The home and the grounds were lovely, a vacation in and of itself. The home is located within a quick walk from the shops and museums. We would stay again!

The Dog Pod was fantastic for a little getaway with the dogs! Really cosy & very clean!

Great apartment in centre of Whitby and less than 5 minutes to the beach. It was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Keep it up Sarah. You’re doing a great job. One minor detail a little more in the pillow selection for the bedroom. Those are quite soft. I know preferences not everyone is the same. When I saw the new layout ( which I would have done the first time I stayed under someone else’s ownership) . Keep up the good work you’re clearly enjoying.

We had a very relaxing stay.

Whilst it’s never easy being away from our own home at Christmas - we have family nearby to Saltaire and so this is the second time we have spent the festive period in Nina’s wonderful place and we couldn’t have felt more at home! It’s wonderfully cosy and comfortable and we even had a beautifully decorated Christmas tree! The river both calm and then rushing by outside over the weir is a delight and we were lucky enough to see the heron hunting for its breakfast most mornings. Thank you Nina for sharing your amazing home with us - again! We had a great time and were really sad to leave our little home from home.

We had a lovely night away at Sedgewell Barn and it was exactly what we had hoped for. Will definitely return.

Exactly as advertised in a peaceful field, the Deer Hut is immaculate and beautifully equipped. We were super comfortable with everything we needed and lots of thoughtful touches that we hadn't even considered. We enjoyed cooking, inside and out, and thoroughly recommend a stay. We will be back!

Sean was a great host, very communicative, responsive and friendly. The lodge was lovely, very clean and cosy, and perfect for a getaway for 2. The surroundings were peaceful and well maintained/presented and we never heard a peep out of other guests so it still felt private. The website was very helpful for local reccomendations, which made it easy to find somewhere for dinner. Being able to self-cater to an extent with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and private bbq, was excellent.

This was a birthday surprise for myself and we were blown away with the place. Its so beautiful and in such an amazing location. The cabin itself was stunning with natural wood used everywhere with a stream and woodland all around creating such a tranquil place. The wildlife around the cabin alone was unreal with birds, squirrels, caterpillars and water voles all putting on a beautiful show. The aroma walking in was beautiful and added to the ambience. Check in was easy and straight into the cabin so little contact needed which was great. Katy and Scott were lovely giving us local hiking tips and info about the area. A lovely couple who have created something really special at the lazy T (brook). The outdoor shower was amazing so hot and so nice to be under the trees with the sun shining through a truly relaxing experience. We honestly cannot sing its praises enough it was the perfect location and accommodation and just what we needed for a relaxing break away. Thank you so much ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was so peaceful and a complete escape from reality If I’m being really picky I’d say it was a little overpriced, just as being self catering once you bought food to cook (along with all the basics, oil, seasoning, milk etc) it can work out quite expensive. Location was excellent and overall I’d highly recommend. Again being really picky, there was quite a few flies in the cabin, however it is in the middle of a wooded area and things were left to help with the matter, but if you think that’ll be something that’ll bother you.. There was lovely little touches and responses to message were quick! Thank you x

What an amazingly peaceful spot this is! The cabin is perfect for a short relaxing trip away. The views are spectacular and the surrounding countryside perfect for anyone who enjoys nature. We came accross rabbits, deer and squirrels within the woods around the property. The Cabin was cosy and perfect for 2 and full of great touches including books, games and a nice little record collection. Although we hardly saw them James and Helen were really friendly and hospitable. James even gave us a lift to the village when we were checking out.

Really enjoyed our stay at ‘The Niblet’. The surroundings are amazing, with horses, rabbits, kites right outside every day. The place had everything you need for a couple of days and the hot tub was great! Faye was very helpful, and put up some birthday bunting for my wife which was a nice touch. Will definitely be coming back!
