Fior di Fiesole was a charming, private place with beautiful surroundings. Vat was very friendly and gave us helpful instructions to get about. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

We stayed at Silvia’s place for a couple of weeks for a family holiday with 2 kids and had a very nice stay. Ut was sufficient room for all of us and the kids loved the garden. Very close and easy access to the station with direct link to Florence, pisa and Sienna. Silvia and Lorenzo were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Loved this place. Exactly what we needed after a trip in Rome. Filipo clearly has a passion for plants and we absolutely loved his gardens. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore this region. We had a rental car and were able to explore and enjoy everything- Florence, Pisa, Siena, Crete senesi and San gimignano.

Amazing place. The space was so unique and had everything we needed. I really like the space being so airy and with so much sunlight. We also needed a parking space and it was out of ztl zone so perfect. It was also very near to airport 7min 20eur taxi. A little far outside the central station but it was perfect for us, not too crowded. Marina was amazing at communicating and proactive with recommendations. I would definitely return. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. The town of Carmignano is a great place to get away from the bustle of the city. Great spots to eat. The unit itself is one of the most unique places I have ever stayed! If taking the bus, please note that the 210 route does not go direct to Carmignano every time, and you will have to make transfers. Just look up the bus schedules online and they can tell you where to transfer.

I recommend this apartment for its proximity to the tram that makes Florence accessible in 20 minutes. The terrace is pleasant and the accommodation is very well equipped and spacious.

This was such an amazing stay! Very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing stay far away from the major cities. Beautiful views from everywhere! Would recommend doing their wine tour on site. It was fun, informative, and delicious! You definitely will need a car to get to this place in addition to restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Margherita’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was more spacious than we expected, and we ended up using 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The location was ideal for exploring Florence, just a short distance from Piazzale Michelangelo, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the instruction folder with local tips. One of the biggest conveniences was the local bus stop located right outside the property, making it incredibly easy to get into Florence and explore other nearby areas without needing to drive. The property is also within easy driving distance of a supermarket, which made restocking the fridge convenient. Being in a gated area, it felt very secure, and there was ample space for parking. Communication with Margherita & Simone was prompt and smooth, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

I highly recommend Bryan's place it is extremely beautiful and well maintained with an amazing back drop. Bryan and his family are very welcoming. If you want a taste of Tuscany you need to stay here.

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

It was particularly cheap among the accommodations in Florence. It was a room for one person, but when I asked Andrea if two people could stay, she gladly agreed. It is very close to the station, and the location is good because I was able to put down my heavy luggage right away.◯ It's not so far from major tourist spots like the Dome. The room is small, but it is no different from a 1k single room in Japan.It was rather comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, so I bought ingredients at the market, cooked and ate!That's what I was most happy about!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

We had a lovely a time at the property. It was exactly as described and had amazing views. The host was very welcoming and was exceptionally helpful. It is fairly easily to get to the city centre from the property. There are two fairly regular buses and we were able to use a maps app pretty successfully to predict travel times.

Perfect Tuscan getaway. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay and were blown away by the accommodations. The apartment was extremely spacious with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The pool onsite was spectacular. Wine tasting and lunch onsite as well. We were even given a delicious bottle of Chianti Classico (~$45 value) upon arrival. Highly recommend!
