Nice quiet place with good connection to the railways station / city center. Having a tram stop nearby is very beneficial (from my short experience tram is waaaay more predictable than a bus).

Well-organized apartment, perfect for a short stay in Florence. The location is convenient, right in front of the tram stop that takes you to the center in just 4 stops. Latif was very friendly and helpful, making everything easy from check-in. Overall, a good base for exploring the city!

Everything was amazing and as described! Hosts were very helpful people, as they gave us lot of info about restaurants, shops and activities.

Oh my goodness! What can I say about Marco….except that he is amazing, adorable, kind, flexible, and communicative. The Perfect host!! He met us at the door! He helped us with our luggage, showed us his amazing and large apartment. He was only a phone call away if we had any questions which I did. He answered right away! He has this amazing scrapbook that his mother drew that explains everything that you need to know for Florence! The bed was comfy and large. The air conditioner was cold. I highly recommend!!

For check-in, we had to meet the hostess on site. The time arrangement was totally straightforward. After a short briefing, we immediately felt comfortable. The view from the balcony of San Gimignano was beautiful. The apartment is perfectly adequate and nicely decorated. The hostess arranged a parking ticket for us, so we parked much cheaper. We would stay there again anytime.

This place is beautiful and peaceful, great location with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Chiara was a great host and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Mary and Gio's apartment. A beautiful home that was even better than the pictures. We especially loved the private balcony with the gorgeous view of the Duomo. The apartment had everything we needed. Gio was such a welcoming host. We hope to be back!

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

Lucrezia is a great and accommodating host. Particularly noteworthy is the terrace and the garden of the property.

This was an extremely cute apartment. It really felt lived in which was such a nice change of pace. We felt right at home. Agnese's instructions were super clear and we had all the information we needed. The apparent itself was super spacious and we had lots of space to relax. The location is extremely central, everything we wanted to see was very walkable from where we were. We had a lovely stay!

A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

Very convenient apartment due to its proximity to the Torregalli hospital and the Don Gnocchi Institute. It is easy to reach the center thanks to buses and trams. Everything as shown in the photos, and very helpful hosts.

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always got good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he was able to move freely. We would come back back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

Gorgeous apartment in central, Florence you couldn't ask for any closer to the city centre and the price was amazing for how good the apartment was. Eletta was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely reccomend

Absolutely loved our stay here. Such a charming place and a perfect location. Very clean and convenient. Everything is perfectly accessible within a 20-30 minute walk, and you get to enjoy the beauty/peace of being right outside the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again, we wished we stayed longer in Florence! Highly recommend the restaurants nearby as well.

Fatmira’s place is wonderful. It is very spacious, the ceilings are 4 metres high, very nice living room and modern kitchen. The bedroom is big with a lot of storage and the apartment has a nice, squeaky clean bathroom. The condo is situated in a gated community, it’s very safe and, of course, has a private parking. It’s also very accessible to the centre of the city, you can easily walk from the apartment to there. Fatmira was incredibly helpful and an enjoyable host. She answered questions whenever needed. I strongly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Federico’s apartment. It was larger than the pictures, and we felt so comfortable in the apartment. It had everything needed for a family, a large living room, utensils to cook meals at home, and the neighborhood is very safe. You can walk about 15-20 minutes to the city center, or easily call a taxi. Thank you Federico for letting us stay at your beautiful apartment!

We had a pleasant stay overall — the property was clean, well-maintained, and matched the description accurately. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. However, one issue we faced was that one of the bathrooms had no hot water throughout our 3-day stay. It made bathing quite uncomfortable, especially given the cold water. We informed the host, but unfortunately the problem couldn’t be resolved during our time there. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we appreciated the hospitality. If the hot water issue is fixed, this would be a perfect place to stay.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

The hosting by Tania and her husband is great, warm, attentive and discreet. The apartment is not too far from the center, 30-minute walk, or 10-minute bus ride. The neighborhood is quiet, very good pizzeria next door and supermarket nearby. The apartment is spacious, and indeed vintage.
