The picturesque beach "Baia Del Carpino" is a 15-minute walk away. The city of Scalea is 2km away and the main beach can be reached by a free bus that runs in July and August. The apartment has air conditioning located in the living room and master bedroom, and a kitchenette equipped with new household appliances and TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has a tall fridge and a dishwasher. The apartment was renovated in May 2022, has double free parking adjacent, and can be reached by car.
