Giuseppe was very proactive, kind and helpful. Provided us with useful destinations (beaches, restaurants,..). We felt very welcomed at the place and the overall expirience was a positive one. We were a group of 10 friends, Mario welcomed us very well and was available to meet us at a point to accompany us in person. The villa is beautiful, surrounded by nature. We felt right at home!

The view is spectacular. The house is updated and comfortable with the tremendous advantage of a parking place right out front. While it is difficult to explain, the place is private, without being uncomfortably so. It is in an unusual location, buy once you understand the layout of the roads, it is quite easy to find. There is a wonderful little town on the sea that has everything. We found ourselves there quite a bit: both for a stroll and for breakfast or dinner. If you want to explore, the roads are windy in this area of Italy, but awesomely breathtaking. The large beach area directly down from the apartment is beyond beautiful. We had no issues with the house or the area. Loved it. Thank you!

First off it the place has a gorgeous view, especially from the upper terrace it's lovely. The village downhill is nice and small with good restaurants and pretty beaches. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed .

The location was very central for exploring the area and region. You are in the middle of the most beautiful part of the region. The airbnb was large with all kinds of cooking facilities, plenty of clean, bedding, and bright open windows. Wonderful views! Amazing patio. It was amazingly clean, spotless even. The best thing about this airbnb rental is the host. The host and is very accommodating, friendly, and is very helpful. If my scheduled allowed I would have stayed a month. I highly recommend staying at this property to anyone considering a tour of the region. I personally look forward to staying at this property in the future. Maria Teresa's apartments are cute little houses with a beautiful spacious veranda, immersed in a beautiful garden. The accommodations are simple and functional, well furnished and complete with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Maria Teresa is an extremely kind host, very sociable, friendly, but above all caring. She sent us useful messages towards the end of the journey to inform us well about the way to go and she was always very attentive and welcoming. Very positive living room!

I enjoyed staying at Michele's place very much. The house is large, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Policastro. Inside the house there is everything needed for a long stay. Michele is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming and ready to address any questions or needs. He ordered for me some delicious produce from local farmers (ricotta, mozzarella de bufala, honey). He also took me for a ride on his boat along the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. He is very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions and will share a lot of interesting facts about this part of Campania. I also met his wonderful family and shared a fantastic meal with them at a seafood restaurant he recommended. I had an amazing experience during my stay and would recommend Michele as a host and his house to everyone!

We stayed in this house for a week, impeccable hospitality, clean room and they already made us find several things such as local products, juice water, etc. Nothing is missing in the house and what is there works perfectly. The things that have been most appreciated are the parking in the building space and the extreme proximity to everything you need (sea, evening outings,shops as well as a very short drive you can immediately find yourself on the SS Tirrena). Antonio is an impeccable host who was responsive in a record time in resolving an issue (caused by me). Nothingelseto say, I highlyrecommend it.

Our tour of Southern Italy included a two-day stop in Maratea. Already on the first evening, it was concluded that two days are not enough to get to know and experience this region. About the home: In our Airbnb experience, this is the first home where we felt at home and especially welcome when we entered and met the host Luisa!!! The house corresponds to the offer and needs, has everything necessary for relaxation and even more, added value - a garden whose fruits we were treated to, a terrace from which we enjoyed wonderful views of the mountains and the statue of Jesus Christ. Landlady Luisa - responsive, warm, helpful! She was always available and gave recommendations for getting to know the area. Sincere thanks to Luisa and her dad for organizing the excursion to Monte San Biagio and for the overnight trip to the beach! Special thanks for the delicious pizza and chestnuts baked by Luisa!

There were two of us traveling with a baby and we felt extraordinarily comfortable. Maria was super friendly and helpful. The village is really wonderfully located and in spring summer certainly perfect for numerous day hikes or by car to the sea. Bar, Marcellaria, Pizzeria, Alimentari all available. In the sunshine you have a wonderful view up to the coast and sometimes to Lipari. The municipality of Tortorella is generally super hospitable and if you want you can even have homemade food brought into the accommodation. We had really nice and cozy days despite winter. Maria was always available for questions, tips, etc. You can tell that you care about the place itself.

The apartment felt brand new and the host was responsive and kind. We had a great experience!

First of all, we felt very special when we were taken to the apartment by car from the train station. Everything was kindly introduced to us. The apartment was very nice, clean and cosy. Everything was ready for us and we had everything we needed during our five days stay. We didn't mind climbing the stairs from the beach up to the apartment, the location had beautiful views over the sea, and we got to be at peace, not any noise was molesting us. Would stay again!

Karolina's apartment was completely new and tastefully furnished. It had all the comforts. The location of the apartment was also good: close to the old town and with sea views. Communication with Karoline was pleasant. Thank you for staying in your nice apartment, Karolina!

Perfect! The house is as pictured, infact,better!It's really hard to get a flaw. Kitchen equipped with all new appliances, including the bathroom. Very clean apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Car parking is located below the house and from the terrace there is a beautiful view "sea and mountains". We thank Simone and Ralf for their hospitality,they are wonderful people and they made us feel at home. Super-recommended!

Upon our arrival we found Elena, Vincenzo's mother, who was very kind to wait for our arrival later than the scheduled check-in time. The house is equipped with all the services described, so you feel like you're at home. Cleanliness and tidiness are the order of the day. The location of the accommodation is strategic among the various points of interest of the town and five minutes from the nearest beaches. What can I say, five stars deserved!

Once you get there, you immediately feel at home. A project that goes beyond just renting apartments. Convenient location 10 minutes by car from the sea and the city center, a quiet place, a comfortable parking space. An exquisite person with whom you can chat quietly,ready to solve every problem The only downside is the slightly old house with some attention to cleanliness. But to go back many times .

Anna is a very warm hostess. She gave us very good tips and answered all our questions immediately. The property has the generous charm of the 60s in the Mediterranean style. The huge balcony and the terrace with the panoramic view over the sea is fantastic. We will definitely come back.
