Modernes FerienH mit Sauna (1899 - Das Ferienhaus)

The first floor has a large open kitchen with a cooking island and direct access to the south-facing and covered terrace with a Weber gas grill. The kitchen is perfectly equipped - two induction stoves, one oven with steam and another one with microwave function, two dishwashers, two warming drawers, a Kitchenaid kitchen machine with accessories, various small appliances, baking pans and much more. At this place cooking and baking are fun! The café-bar with a portafilter machine and a lounge area is openly connected to the kitchen and the dining room, where up to 10 people can take a seat at a large table. There is also a cast iron fireplace stove for cozy warmth in the cold season. Opposite the dining room is the living room with a large couch, a TV and a view of the apple tree in the garden. Adjacent to the hallway in the entrance area is a small bathroom. The ground floor is fully equipped with Sonos boxes. An iPad is available to control the music and some Hue lights - Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and can be used free of charge. From the large wooden terrace via an open staircase you can reach the garden as well as the sauna. Adjacent to the outbuilding is another terrace for spending time in the garden. In the shade of large yew trees you can find another seatingarea. Two loungers invite you to relax. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The „Garden Room“ with a queensize bed has its own bathroom and a chill area in the attic as a retreat with another TV. The „Bismarck Room“ has a kingsize boxspring bed, and the „Railway Room“ has two single sized beds. The two bathrooms are each equipped with a sink, toilet and shower and have skylights for ventilation. The beds are made and a towel set is provided for each guest. To recharge your batteries and do something good for your health, we have installed a sauna with a BI-O sauna heater in our outbuilding. It is also possible to take alternating affusions according to the principle of Pastor Kneipp, in order to stimulate and support the blood circulation - foot baths are also possible. The sauna area can be used as an additional service for a fee to create individual wellness moments.

Unsere "Bergwaldlodge Blickfang" ist umgeben vom "Nationalpark Harz" und liegt auf 600m unterhalb des "Brocken". Du wirst unsere Bergwaldlodge(s) lieben wegen des Ausblicks, der Hanglage mit Süd-West-Ausrichtung, der 60 m² großen Panoramaterrasse und wegen der exklusiven Ausstattung und des Raumangebotes. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut für Paare (Romantikurlaub), Abenteurer, Sportler (Biker, Kletterer) Familien (mit Kindern) und größere Gruppen bis 14 Personen, wenn beide Häuser angemietet werden.

Jetzt ist endlich Zeit, wieder das Schöne zu genießen. Ausflüge in die Natur, Sightseeingtouren nach Potsdam oder Berlin, Shopping im nahegelegenen Outletcenter, eine Schifffahrt von Kladow nach Wannsee usw... Oder einfach entspannen, runterkommen und sich zurückziehen in das warme kuschelieges Ambiente eines Holzhauses.

Chalet im Wald mit Sauna

Unser „Chalet im Wald“ ist eure kleine Ruheoase in Schönwalde-Glien, auf 970 m2 direkt an der Berliner Stadtgrenze. Das gemütliche Holzhaus aus den 1930er Jahren wurde 2025 komplett mit neuer Einbauküche sowie Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, ein helles Bad mit Dusche, WC und großem LED-Spiegel sowie eine neue Gasheizung für wohlige Wärme. Smart TV und schnellem WLAN auch im Außenbereich. Entspannung bringt die Fasssauna mit der der Schwalldusche mitten in der Natur und nah an Berlin.

Forellengrund Schierke-Bodeblick

Familie Rexhausen begrüßt Sie recht herzlich. Unser Ferienhaus liegt in Schierke, direkt an der kalten Bode und in einer wunderschönen Landschaft, die im Sommer als auch im Winter viel zu bieten hat. Es gibt unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten auf den ausgeschilderten Wanderwegen, insbesondere zum berühmten Vater Brocken, der mit seinen 1142 m.ü.d.M. im Nationalpark Hochharz liegt. Schierke ist Höhenluftkurort. Sie wohnen in einem Chalet auf 66m² mit einem 16m² großem Balkon inkl. Gasgrill.

Oase am Petzinsee mit Sauna bei Potsdam

Wer Entspannung, Ruhe und Erholung sucht, aber auch am Stadtleben teilnehmen möchte, wird hier fündig. Eingebettet zwischen Potsdam und Werder liegt das wunderschöne große Ferienhaus. In 5 Minuten ist man am Petzinseestrand und mit dem Rad lässt sich das ganze Havelseengebiet von hier aus wunderbar befahren. Das Haus hat zwei große Terrassen, eine davon überdacht. Im Garten lässt es sich im StandKorb gut zur Ruhe kommen und in der Sauna (gegen Gebühr) findet man die nötige Entspannung.

Das Ferienhaus liegt im kleinen, ländlich gelegenen Dietrichsroda und bietet einen idyllischen Blick ins Tal. Neben Bad, Küche und Schlafzimmer hat das Haus zwei Wohnzimmer, die zum Fernsehen oder Entspannen einladen. Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit Kleiderschrank und Bett (140x200 cm). In der Küche befinden sich alle notwendigen Geräte zur Selbstversorgung. Auch kleine Gäste sind herzlich willkommen. Auf der Terrasse können Sie grillen und dabei den Sonnenuntergang genießen.

The Design vacation home is located in the countryside near the national park Harz.
