The apartment can accommodate 3 people. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential complex in Braunlage. Hiking trails and ski trails start in the immediate vicinity. The valley station of the Wurmberg cable car as well as the ice stadium Braunlage and the spa park are about 500 meters away from the holiday apartment.

The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. The apartment has two bedrooms and also has a sofa bed (1.20 m bed surface) in the living room and is well suited for up to 5 people.
