The construction trailer is in the back of our residential property, free access to the meadow. Heating is available via the wood-burning stove or via electric heating. There is lots of peace and nature. A 5-minute walk to the lake. Outdoor kitchen with electricity/water on the property, toilet and laundry facilities as well. A ping-pong table is available. The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

Welcome to our tiny house on Lake Sundhäuser in Nordhausen! On 30 m² there is a living/dining area with a full kitchen, a sleeping area with a queen size bed, as well as a small bathroom. Another sleeping option is in the living area on a pull-out couch. You have direct access to the lake. There is also the possibility of a crib and a high chair. SUP and canoe can be rented on site.
