Live directly on the Karl-Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. This is where the art scene "lives" (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property begins the so-called Neuseenland. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. Everything is no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl-Heine Canal. Currently, there are animals (including camels) on the Jahrtausendfeld, of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet in the middle of it.

The sun terrace is my 2nd living room: Eat comfortably outside or relax in the lounge corner with a glass of wine – just enjoy life.

Lovingly renovated, high-quality; fully equipped cottage (ca. 85m² on 2 levels): Ground floor: Entrance into the winter garden with panoramic view over the terrace to Naumburg, which is also dining / lounge, kitchen, bathroom with tub and wellness shower, bedroom with double bed and possibly child's bed (on-site). The on-site folding bed can be placed in winter garden. 1st floor: living room with sofa, TV, desk, sofa bed (160x195cm) and 2 armchairs which can be converted into a bed (105x193cm).

Cozy house right on the Havel

Nestled between the Havel and the garden city, our 120-year-old fisherman's house impresses with its maritime flair, its far-reaching history and all sorts of things worth seeing in the immediate vicinity. The philosophy of the renovation in 2015 was to upgrade the house as ecologically and sustainably as possible. Thus, the interior was built almost exclusively with clay and wood. The existing furnishings were also refurbished and reused. The garden is natural.

Spacious 2-room old apartment in the young, multicultural scene district in the east of the city. Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.

FeWo "Am Kulkwitzer See"

Enjoy your vacation in our vacation home and get to know a piece of Leipzig Neuseenland. From our apartment it is about a 10-minute walk to Kulkwitzer Lake with several beaches, restaurants, a water ski facility, sauna, and a high ropes course. Boat trips and dives are also possible. In the immediate vicinity, the tram takes you directly to the center of Leipzig. On site there are several shopping opportunities. Your relaxing vacation can now begin.

My apartment has two separate bedrooms and a shared living area with a large dining table, leather couch and TV. The kitchen is open to the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and washing machine. You rent the full apartment for yourself. The house stands between our parking lot, the Havel and a garden area. There is a shore access directly. So if you want to fish or put your canoe/kayak in the Oberhavel, you can do this directly.

Our apartment is a cozy apartment close to the cultural scene and not far from the center. In 5 minutes by tram and 15 minutes on foot you can reach the city center. At the same time, you can reach the popular pub mile with a variety of gastronomic facilities in just a few steps. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quietly located in a side street, so that you can enjoy a heavenly quiet night's sleep. And then the view from the terrace ....

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Our vacation home was completely renovated and furnished, and reopened in September 2020. We would be happy to welcome you as guests. The house is very quiet, directly by the forest. It is the perfect starting point for hikes or excursions in the Harz.
