The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

A spacious open terrace is enclosed by wooden fencing, offering an area for relaxation. A long bench is positioned on the wooden deck, surrounded by greenery with trees visible in the background. The sky appears partly cloudy, creating a calm atmosphere.
