Apartment in the middle of the old town

My apartment is about 35 square meters in the middle of the old town on the first floor in a backyard, so usually very quiet in the evening. Close to art and culture ,restaurants, and shopping. We are in the pedestrian zone, therefore there is no parking directly at the house, but the parking garage at the cathedral square is only about 300 meters away on foot. Please understand that smoking is prohibited in the apartment, in the backyard there is a kl garden where you can enjoy that in the fresh air

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the district of Taubach, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

The art-studio is in the backyard, so it is very quiet. Or explore Berlin from Potsdam: the train will take you directly to Berlin Central Station in just 30 minutes without having to change trains!

Vacation home in Leipzig Neuseenland with pool

You will stay in the old mineral water factory surrounded by fields with terrace, complete kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, spring park, large pool (free of charge). You can enjoy country life at the Zweiseitenhof from its most beautiful side, pet our horses or swim in Lake Werben. Friendly dogs are welcome. Direkt auf dem Hof befindet sich unsere Gästewohnung Lark. Eine Unterkunft, die Ihr ganz für Euch allein habt. Hier könnt Ihr zu zweit, zu dritt oder zu viert übernachten. Bett drei und vier befinden sich in der Dachspitze, die über eine Treppenleiter zu erreichen ist. Kinderschutztüren sind vorhanden. Ein Grillplatz mit Terrasse und Veranda stehen zur Verfügung.

Wir bieten eine gemütliche vollmöblierte Ferienwohnung. Auf 45 qm befinden sich ein Badezimmer mit einer Wanne, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein kleines ruhiges Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (160x200) sowie ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch (140x200) und gemütlicher Essecke.
