This is a cozy home located in beautiful Ullerøy. The place is 90m2 in total. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. A total of 8 sleeping places are within walking distance to the beach and a short distance by car to both Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad. Parking space with space for 3 cars. Possibility of charging an electric car.

The apartment is a separate part of our home. It is 50 m2 and consists of a combined TV room and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee and dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. 2 bedrooms. Veranda with seating area and gas grill. High-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV via fiber optic network. Fire protection via alarm center. The door to our part of the house will be closed and locked during the rental period and the apartment has its own entrance. Beds are made and towels are available at check-in.

Nice cabin on big, warm and kid friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially renovated in the later years, with a new kitchen, newer bathroom and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex sleeps four as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large veranda with several seating areas. It is of course lovely to be here during the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

Here you can rent an affordable but spacious apartment on the 1st floor and with direct entrance from the parking lot. The apartment is 50 sqm. and fully equipped. In the courtyard we have camping cabins from the 1970s. The cabins have a simple standard and are located in pleasant surroundings. Here there is an outdoor toilet, shower cabin and a simple outdoor kitchen on sharing. There is a fridge inside each cabin. The cabin sleeps four in each. Please bring linen and towels, we have duvets and pillows. You wash the cabin yourselves after use, the laundry will otherwise cost NOK 300.
