Basement apartment in granite stone house from 1953. Good atmosphere. Only 20 minutes by foot from train and bus station. Private entrance. New bathroom and small kitchen. Internet and TV. The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in forests and swimming in the sea. The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. The apartment is a separate part of our home. It is 50 m2 and consists of a combined TV room and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee and dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. 2 bedrooms. Veranda with seating area and gas grill. High-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV via fiber optic network. Fire protection via alarm center. The door to our part of the house will be closed and locked during the rental period and the apartment has its own entrance. Beds are made and towels are available at check-in.

The cabin is idyllically located at beautiful Aspern in Haldenvassdrag with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. The cabin is 50 sqm and is newly renovated and upgraded in 2021/22. Large terrace with good sun conditions and covered dining area. Two min walk to beach and jetty. Boat is included in the rent It is a charger for an electric car with a payment solution. Nice nature experiences with a rich bird and wildlife in the area, both on land and on water. 30 min to Halden, 8 min to Aremark city centre and 10 min to Nössemark in Sweden.

Great cabin near the sea. Very child friendly plot.

Nice cabin on big, warm and kid friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially renovated in the later years, with a new kitchen, newer bathroom and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex sleeps four as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large veranda with several seating areas. It is of course lovely to be here during the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

Det er en 2seter sofa i oppholdsrommet, liten sittebenk ved spisebordet og bad. Hytta inneholder et minikjøkken med utstyr for matlaging. Veranda utenfor som hører til, med bord og to stoler. Det er ikke kjørevei fram til hytta, så bagasje må bæres fra p-plassen og opp, ca 50-60m.

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
