The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

Recently renovated cottage paradise by Glomma! The cabin is spacious - With new and fresh bedrooms, new bathroom and new kitchen. LARGE garden and several terraces you can enjoy in the sun. Høysand is a popular summer vacation paradise for all ages. The cabin is located 30 minutes drive from Fredrikstad one way and Strømstad the other way.

The house is located in a quiet area near Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg, with parking and electric car charging. You get a large garden, a great view of the harbor and Glomma, as well as good hiking opportunities. Inside there is a spacious kitchen, fireplace, 1.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and an attic with a playroom and a work corner. Our cat is not home.
