The apartment is a separate part of our home. It is 50 m2 and consists of a combined TV room and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. 2 bedrooms. Porch with seating area and gas grill. High-speed WIFI and cable TV via fiber optic network. Fire protection via alarm center. The door to our part of the house will be closed and locked during the rental period and the apartment has its own entrance. Beds are made and towels are available at check-in.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place on Nordre Karlsøy. Sun from morning to evening, large lovely lawn in front of the cabin. The cabin is bright and modern with great standard, all on one level. Windows from ceiling to floor that can be opened for a real "outside-in feeling". Several outdoor spaces around the cabin. Proximity to beach and jetty. Short distance to Brevik marina with service. Only 20 minutes to Sarpsborg city center, to the Old Town in Fredrikstad and Halden and 25 minutes to Strømstad.

In this place, your family can stay close to everything. The cabin is centrally located at Høysand, Skjebergkilen. It is a 15 minutes drive to Sarpsborg, where you will find shopping malls, Inspera and the water park "Superland". There is nice nature in the surrounding area with good opportunities for nice walks or training trips, either by bike or on foot. It is 15 minutes by car to Sweden. Høysand can offer a great beach with diving boards, playground, football field, volleyball courts, mini golf, tennis etc.

Relax alone or with the whole family in this peaceful cabin. If you book with children under the age of 12, do not include the children in the booking, just write information that you have children in the message. This way you avoid extra fees as we do not want to make it financially more difficult for families with small children. There is room for 6 people, beds 5 and 6 and then on the sofa bed in the living room. A crib for young children is also provided.
