Especially pike fishing in the spring. A dinghy with an outboard motor is included in the price. A golf course is just a short boat ride away. The sauna is wood-fired with a Harvia stove and has a large window overlooking the water. Many nice hiking opportunities in the nearby areas

The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

The door to our part of the house will be closed and locked during the rental period and the apartment has its own entrance. Beds are made and towels are available at check-in.

Relax alone or with the whole family in this peaceful cabin. If you book with children under the age of 12, do not include the children in the booking, just write information that you have children in the message.
