2000 square feet and located on nearly an half acre of manicured wooded space. The yard backs up a stream and has 3 distinct levels: deck, pool, and green spacious yard. The kitchen has all amenities & we have indoor dining seating for 12. The living room seats 8. There’s lots of outdoor seating as well. PLEASE NOTE: The pool is open May 15th- October 1st. We are one exit up from Riverside and 9 miles from the Gathering Place. We are also on the exit of the brand new Tulsa Premium Outlets.

The Overlook @ Keystone Lake

Great getaway location! You are entirely to yourself. Overlook is "attached to main house...but not "in" main house. Private entrance, no shared spaces. Very private & tranquil space! For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away.
