Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sao Paulo Metropolitan Area

The stay at Mr. José Urbano's residence was wonderful, starting with the attention they gave us via cell phone, informing us of everything in the house. When we arrived, he was already waiting for us to show us the house and, always in a great mood, he left us charcoal and firewood. The house is super complete and cozy, we really enjoyed the facilities, such as the trail, the dam and the fishing. At the end of the stay, he made us feel at ease, so we were in no hurry to leave.

The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole land itself is a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch, but because of the rain it was impossible to pass, because there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

An excellent choice! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos — the care is felt in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean and extremely well cared for. Super equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay. The location is also excellent: close to the beach and great restaurants, with super easy access. The host was amazing: super attentive, quick to respond and always willing to help. It was a wonderful and very peaceful experience from start to finish. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. Prepare for rustic and on the verge of falling apart but you don’t care with the surroundings, it feels like you are sleeping on the ocean and walking through a magical secret pathways

I had 6 in my group. The house was clean and spacious. We all enjoyed our stay!!! Beautiful place, we enjoyed visiting Brazil!

The host Phelipe took care of us very well from the first contact, passing on all the information so we could get to the farm easily. The house has a great structure, has all the necessary household utensils and is super cozy. My wife loved the smell of the house, which reminded her of spring/summer, making the atmosphere even more pleasant. It was a true paradise for those seeking rest! Note: When I got there, there was butter biscuit and I even got a cheese from Zé (But I was lucky, because it's not always the case).

We returned for the second time to this house, which is 1:15, 1:30 from São Paulo, the house is very comfortable and pleasant! Equipped kitchen!

I certainly felt at home the moment I walked in. The house is total comfort, and with a lot of style, charm and functionality! Cooking there was a delight! Very well used space, both internally and externally. And speaking of the outside, what a place! Nature is in our face all the time, showing us why we have to respect and care for it. Quiet, perfect place for those looking to reconnect, be inspired or just relax. And all this near SP. It was a complete present! I'll be back.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured—actually even better in person. It had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen, and the location was perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and stylish, and we felt right at home. Communication with Filipe was easy and friendly throughout. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 🌸🌸🌸

Staying in Rony and Wlad's apartment was an experience of being away from home but feeling at home. Close to Liberdade (for those interested), and with a mini market and laundry within a few meters. Very cozy and welcoming environment, and also, the building workers are very friendly and helpful. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed (and extremely fragrant!!), a chocolate upon arrival and I was even able to check in a little earlier! Thank you for this wonderful environment that made a total difference in my trip❤️

This was the second time I stayed at Maria's apartment and, once again, it was an excellent experience! The place is beautiful, modern, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Everything is thought out in the smallest details to provide comfort and well-being. I felt at home! I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely come back other times.

We found the studio to be very clean and well organized. Check-in was quick and easy, and from then on we had no difficulty accessing the building. The location is very good and the space fully met our needs. Edmundo was always very helpful and polite, responding quickly to any message from us. The choice was really worth it!!

The apartment is clean and well located. The kitchen has several amenities and the building in general too, but there are limitations to using the pool and gym. Eduardo is helpful and answers questions easily. Building security is a priority, so any visitor must be previously authorized and informed. Overall, it is a good and functional apartment for a small family to stay in São Paulo.

Wonderful stay. Impeccable apartment, clean, with everything we needed. Excellent air conditioning, TV, hot and cold shower working perfectly. Great bathroom. Perfect location, close to the Ibirapuera mall, next to the subway. Building with super infrastructure. Pool, gym, etc. We'll be back for sure soon.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

Francisco was the best possible! I ask you to help us at all times, charismatic and attentive. Not to mention the good taste, what a beautiful apartment!! I couldn't recommend it more, and we hope to return soon, my friend!!

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The gym is very practical
