Chalé Manacás has a very beautiful view of the dam with a guava tree and an avocado foot that give all the charm. It is a very quiet place to rest on the net, enjoy nature, without any noise. The accommodation is functional, but you need to bring everything you are consuming, including water, as there is no filter. It has vests available for bathing in the dam, kayak and boats. The householders Joca and Geraldo are very friendly and willing to leave us always at will, they are very good people, who help whatever you need. There is no cell phone signal, but it has wifi that is excellent. I recommend the retreat for those looking for simplicity and reconnecting.

Very good accommodation, a condominium of houses within a gated community. Perfect for two couples with children, close to the beach with direct access to it inside the condominium itself. Space for 1 car but you can stop another car on the street with no exit from the condo, very safe place. Lush nature, we plan to come back one day. The house was exactly as pictured, or even better in person. Everything is very beautiful, organized, the yard (huge) is very well maintained. Check-in was easy, Edison allowed us flexibility, supported us with receiving a supplier from our family event before check-in and after check-out for delivery and removal of equipment. Spectacular location: it looked like a country house, but it was in the middle of the city on a very residential and quiet street, but close to markets and several other shops. I recommend it!

Antonio was very helpful at all times, there were people who were very prepared and willing to help during our stay. The place is surprising for its cleanliness, organization and conservation. New environments, everything impeccable. The location is excellent, it is possible to arrive by car app and even the hitch to the nearby public. We really liked the house, it is very functional and very well organized. We found everything we needed to spend the days. Full kitchen, bedrooms with fans (the owner warned that they were broken), however, the air-conditioners were working very well. Bathrooms with great showers, living room with TV and internet working well. Fantastic barbecue. Condominium with a game room and an amazing pool !!! We loved that part... lol We visited Boiçucanga beach, but we really liked Praia da Baleia, which is just after Comburi, not far from where we were staying. I rate our days at Teresa's house very well, who attended to us promptly and was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. I recommend it and we'll be back for sure!!! Thanks.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, very well maintained, with impeccable cleanliness. The linens and towels were super fragrant, a detail that makes all the difference! Zilda was very attentive from the beginning. Camila, the housekeeper, welcomed us with great affection, made us feel very comfortable and helped us with everything we needed. It was a pleasure to stay at Caspar's house. Very well-equipped house, with everything we needed (clean bed linen, well-equipped kitchen, beach things, etc.). Caspar was very helpful, he gave us great tips before our stay. The house is even more beautiful in person. We got a little rain, but on the day we couldn't go to the beach, we managed to have a lot of fun in the house, since the atmosphere is very pleasant. The house is 5 minutes from the beach (through the tunnel access). The beach chairs and umbrellas available at the house are excellent and helped a lot. I recommend the house to friends, for sure. Quiet environment with a wonderful beach for children and very close to the Riviera beach. I highly recommend it!!
