I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was impeccable, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities I could need. The location was perfect — close to everything, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, giving great local tips and making sure I felt at home. I especially loved the cozy touches, such as the fresh sheets, the welcome gift and the comfortable furniture. I would definitely stay again.

Andrea is the best host ever! This is my second stay at one of her apartments. She is super responsive, helpful and friendly. Goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The place at Rua Oscar Freire is amazing, location is unbeatable, super comfortable, well-equipped and nice apartment, with so many nice little touches. Highly, highly recommended, you can't go wrong here. Book with confidence!

Diego and Luciana served me super well. The district allowed a more flexible check-in (determining factor for me to close the deal). The place is like in the photos, has air-conditioning in all the rooms, has a water filter, is spacious, and has 2 bathrooms. Very cozy. All perfect. The only downside in my vision is the price. I thought it was a bit expensive considering the location is located in Brás.

Apartment 514 is amazing! In the heart of Av Paulista, it is a very comfortable and surprisingly quiet space. Well decorated, it has air conditioning and an electric shower in great working order and some kitchen equipment. Close to many attractions, the apartment is next to MASP, close to Padaria Bella Paulista, pharmacies and various services. The Trianon MASP subway station is on the same sidewalk as the building, making it very easy to get around the city of São Paulo.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is super comfortable, with amazing beds and air conditioning in all rooms, which made all the difference. The house is very well-equipped, it has everything we need for a quiet and hassle-free season. The barbecue on the balcony is excellent, we had a great time there! The beach area is impeccable, with a great structure and condominium staff who are always helpful and friendly. A special highlight was the condominium's ice machine, which was super useful for cooling the cooler drink we took to the beach. No doubt an experience to repeat! I recommend with my eyes closed.

The apartment is even more graceful in person! Clean, organized, cozy, and has all the essentials needed for a good stay. The address is easily accessible and has many shopping options nearby. The building has a great concierge team and the place has good security control. The few times I needed support, I was quickly attended to and everything went well. It was a pleasure to be there!

Location, cleanliness, decoration, everything is great! Very good comfort, the bed could be better and the hygienic shower was broken, there was no repair and the communication came only on the 2nd day of the stay.

Massimo was very attentive, he sent videos demonstrating the proper use of equipment among other items. He was very quick to respond and gave tips nearby.

I have stayed in this location in the past and it’s perfect! Grocery stores and restaurants within a few blocks. Also the park is a very easy walk and a great place to visit especially on the weekends.
