A beautiful spot in a great location of Florence. Everything is in walking distance, from the train station to the Academia to the Uffizi, this is an excellent place to stay. We are a family of four and we arrived to find the pull out couch nicely made into a bed for our children. The place was spotless as well! The host is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

This was an extremely cute apartment. It really felt lived in which was such a nice change of pace. We felt right at home. Agnese's instructions were super clear and we had all the information we needed. The apparent itself was super spacious and we had lots of space to relax. The location is extremely central, everything we wanted to see was very walkable from where we were. We had a lovely stay!

Lovely downtown house with private garden

NicoleRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

This was the perfect Airbnb for Florence. Walkable from train station. Great location to the Duomo and the square. Loved the space of the studio apartment and if you’re needing to do wash on your trip you have that option. For a couple it’s a wonderful place to stay.

Maison Flora - Historic home in the Oltrarno area

AlexRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Great base to explore Florence with all the amenities you need. We really appreciated all the coffee pods! Matteo was an excellent host, accommodating an early check in and booking us a taxi. The house is a 20 minute walk into the tourist spots, which is further than you think in the Summer heat! Recommend eating/drinking in the local bars rather than across the river, it’s a great neighbourhood. Santarosa Bistrot and Piazza Santo Spirito were our favourites. Highly recommend!

Historical mansion in Florence with garden

GabrielleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed here in 2016 and it was even better than we remembered. A beautiful apartment, quiet and private, with amazing original features. The area is residential and round the corner is San Ambrogio food market. Lovely local restaurants all use fresh ingredients from the market. Wonderful evening in a street filled with locals enjoying food and drink. We could have spent the whole time exploring the locality.

Le Badesse

HilaryRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I had a wonderful time staying at Caterina’s! What a charming apartment! The patterned tile floor was particularly beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and noise from the nearby piazza did not keep me up. With the doors and windows closed, I got very good sleep. I had a restful stay. The air conditioning in the bedroom, the refrigerator, the freezer, wifi, and washing machine work well. When I had trouble starting the washing machine, Caterina dropped by to help me get it going. Grazie ancora! Caterina is friendly, resourceful, and responsive - an excellent host. I would happily stay at Caterina’s again!

Le Scalette: Sunny, Quiet, Refined with Full AC

DarciRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Such a lovely home! Very charming, tidy and clean. The location was perfect if you want to stay a little further from the busy city center but close enough to walk. All the decorations and furniture were clean and charming. The kitchen had everything the two of us needed. We made breakfast and dinner in the rental. My 18 year old daught slept on the pull out and said it was comfortable. My favourite part was the view out the window from the table. I will definitely return!!

Romantic apartment with terrace

KendraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was my favorite place I stayed while in Italy! Beautiful apartment with a wonderful little deck to sit on and enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine! You can literally see Santa Croce from the balcony. It was quiet, had a lovely little nook for sleeping and the bathroom was pristine. It also had all amenities for cooking. My only regret is that I was unable to go to Simone E Filippo's restaurant in the country, next time! I would stay here again! They were so nice letting me leave my luggage and even helped me carry up and down the stairs.

Macci Apartment

JasonRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Marta has been one the best host while traveling through out Italy. Marta was not only very nice and wonderful but super helpful. Any question I had Marta had an answer for me with-in less than an hour. She recommended great local restaurants, bakeries, shops and bars. The communication, check in, cleanliness, and over all experience was great. After exploring 1 minutes down the street we found a very popular local bar which was great to hang around and just take in and observe late at night. Overall 10/10 stay.

Florentine Experience - Chiara e Simone

PennyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

Great location. Walkable to everything we wanted to see. Marcella is a great host. She made check-in very easy and gave us plenty of local recommendations. We visited 2 of her recommended restaurants and both were amazing meals. Her videos of how to use the stove and washer were very helpful too.
