We enjoyed the picturesque and quiet neighborhood of the apartment located close to small local shops, restaurants and Montelupo train station.

Our host was really warm. and attentive. We had a chance to try their products. She gave us some good recommendations. She was very responsive to our late arrival due to our delayed flight. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely come back. Thanks for your hospitality. ❤️

What a beautiful styled property to relax and enjoy the Tuscan scenery in a tranquil setting! We stayed in one of the self contained apartments equipped for cooking. An open dining & kitchen area with a floor-ceiling window allowed us to enjoy the breeze; as all windows have mosquito screens. For morning coffee or sunset glass of wine we could adjourn to an outside table and chairs. The immaculate landscaped garden gently slopes down to an infinity pool inviting you to immerse in the cool water or take shade on a garden lounger under surrounding olive trees as you overlook the wonderful country view. With only few occupants we could enjoy the pool exclusively for a time. Cristina has considered everything and a meticulous eye for design and order is evident all around. The beautiful working kitchen and dining area mimic those in interiors magazines and a culinary prowess is apparent if you choose to enjoy Cristina's luxuriant breakfast, which we implore you to experience at least once!

Very nice house in a secluded part of Tuscany. Beautiful views, pool and a bbq that we used a couple of times during our stay. Bernardo was very responsive and friendly and he was always available for any questions that we had.

We had a lovely stay in Italy thanks to the beautiful accomodation of Benedetta. The house is located very well, with an amazing view over te valley. The pool let us refresh on these warm days and is beautifully located down in the garden. The house was very clean and had all things you need. Alessandro is a fantastic host. The apartment is exactly as described and was perfect for a week long stay with four adults. The restaurant downstairs, the convenient bus stop, the convenient parking, all made this such a unique and perfect place to enjoy the region. This is simply the perfect balance of what our adult family of four was looking for. We are already trying to make plans to return and we would change our dates to make sure we can stay here again.

Very comfortable and convenient accommodation in Florence, the apartment is well located, within walking distance of the main attractions, the room is clean and tidy, suitable for four people; the owners Elaine and Brandon are very thoughtful, they took the initiative to contact us before we arrived to inform us of the check-in guide, arranged for us to check in early, and provided special help throughout the process, highly recommended to use this apartment as a choice for travel accommodation in Florence.

Totally recommended. The apartment had everything you need to spend a few days. Annalisa was very nice and left us for breakfast. Communication with her was very easy and gave us total flexibility to get to the apartment. The only upgradeable is that in the small bed two people fit very fair. Everything else was excellent!

We had a fantastic stay with Violetta! She was warm and welcoming. The place had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Was quite close to train stations to link into Florence, but would recommend you have a car. Also, the nearby little town of Villamagna is so charming and worth a day on its own to explore and walk about.

Silvia’s place was super great. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Easy to get taxis into city center. But plenty of restaurants and bars near by. She was so helpful and even figured out a way to get me in when I forgot the keys. Quick to reply and so kind. Thank you for a great stay in Florence!

We stayed here for 4 nights. 3 of us had enough space and the place was exactly as described. The location could not be better than this. Lots of great restaurants around it and all the main tourist sites are walking distance. Also walking distance from the train station (we came to Florence via train from another location and we walked to this place. It was short distance so we were able to walk with very large luggage). We were so relieved that the building has an elevator. Check in process was easy and flexible. I highly recommend this place.

This apartment was an absolute gem—beautiful, authentic, and full of character. Just steps from the Ponte Vecchio, it was the perfect place to soak in the magic of Florence. The space was spotless and thoughtfully maintained, with all the charm of a historic home and the comfort of a modern stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and to top it off, it had the best shower situation I’ve ever had in Italy—great water pressure and plenty of hot water (a rarity!). It made coming back after a day of exploring feel like a true treat. Our host was wonderful: kind, attentive, and always available if we had a question. Their warmth really made the experience feel personal. We loved coming back here each evening—it truly felt like our own little slice of Florence. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and meaningful stay.
