This is the third and last floor of a tower house from the XV century, completely renovated, in the very centre of Florence, at walking distance from all major attractions. Then, at no more than 10 minutes walk you can get to Piazza Santa Croce and Mercato dei Ciompi are just a couple of minutes walk, Duomo, Uffizi, Piazza della Signoria (together with Palazzo Vecchio), Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti... The area is full of good restaurants, pubs, wine bars, traditional ice cream laboratories, nearby grocery stores, shops in general. At nigh the apartment is quite and the very comfortable mattresses of the bed and the sofa bed, together with screens at the windows or dark thick curtains, will let you enjoy a pleasant sleep. From the windows you can see the typical road downstairs, Santa Croce in the background, and a wide and bright private court over the typical red Florentine roofs. The kitchen is fully equipped, modern and new. Air conditioning will refresh the whole Attic in a few minutes, in case of a warm day. And in case of a cold day, the heating is on to keep warm the area. The bathroom is equipped with a tub that can be used as a shower for pampered thanks to the double water jet: the standard shower and the large shower pan. Guests have access to the whole attic and all the equipment. Wifi internet is available and included in the offer. I will receive you on arrival and will provide information about the city. You can contact me anytime. Walk the beautiful narrow streets to Santa Croce square and tour the gorgeous Basilica di Santa Croce. Other notable landmarks are an easy walk away as well as Florence's exceptional cuisine, charming street cafes, and vibrant nightlife. You will be just great on foot staying at my place, but if you don't like to walk, there are some alternatives. Very nearby there is a bike rental, or you can download the app "Mobike" to use the bikesharing service in Florence. Also nearby Bohémienne Penthouse there are several public bus stops. Using public bus is easy checking the route planner on their site. Just on the other side of Piazza Santa Croce there is a taxi station, where you can get your cab to anywhere in Florence at honest rates. A car is not necessary to enjoy Florence city center, on the opposite it may also turn a small nuisance. We do not provide parking, you can arrange yourself asking to Garage Bargello Via Ghibellina, 170/172/r, 50122 Firenze Another option may be to find a free parking in Via dell'Erta Canina.. 20 minutes walk from my place.. Air conditioning is included up to a standard usage. Excess will be billed apart.

Borgo Allegri - Graziosa casa immersa nell’ arte

Fatti sorprendere dagli inediti accostamenti di pareti in mattoni e arredi di carattere moderno. Ogni dettaglio di questo appartamento è curato per creare un'atmosfera calda e conviviale. Il soppalco poi si presta per momenti giocosi o di relax ma anche per due ospiti in più! L'appartamento è stato creato con amore per i dettagli e attenzione al comfort e vivibilità degli spazi. Si tratta di un open space di 40m2 ampio, comodo, elegante e di design. Si trova in una zona tranquilla all'interno del cuore della città, tra quelle che sono le vie della movida fiorentina e al tempo stesso il cuore storico, artistico ed architettonico della città. Una menzione va a via Pietra Piana e Sant'Ambrogio, che, seppur nel circuito turistico, mantiene ancora intatto il suo carattere locale, con negozi non destinati al consumo del turismo di massa, ma più attenti alla necessità di chi ancora risiede dentro le mura cittadine e, con loro, chi più interessato ad un turismo vicino alla vera natura dei luoghi visitati. La zona giorno è luminosa ed è il cuore della casa, dotata di un piccolo ma comodo divano, due poltroncine, tv a schermo piatto e tavolo dove si mangia comodamente in quattro L'adiacente cucina è moderna e completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per consentirvi di cimentarvi ai fornelli anche in vacanza. La camera da letto si affaccia sul retro dell'edificio, molto silenziosa, ha un comodo letto matrimoniale, scrivania, e una piccola cabina armadio. Sarò sempre disponibile ad aiutare e suggerire agli ospiti qualche punto di vista particolare della città. Quando possibile eseguirò personalmente il check-in o il check-out L'appartamento si trova a metà tra due anime, una molto turistica e piena di interessi storici, e l'altra più autentica e legata ancora a chi vive in città. Di fronte all'appartamento si apre uno dei pochi e rari spazi pubblici verdi dentro le mura. Consiglio a tutti gli ospiti di scaricare la app Mobike, per spostarsi agilmente in bicicletta all'interno della città. Altrimenti sicuramente muoversi a piedi è la migliora alternativa per una città della misura di Firenze. L'appartamento si trova a metà tra due anime, una molto turistica e piena d'interessi storici, e l'altra più autentica e legata ancora a chi vive in città. Di fronte all'appartamento si apre uno dei pochi e rari spazi pubblici verdi dentro le mura.

From the airport the best way for reach the apartment is by taxi. (25minutes) From the station you can come by walk (25/30 minutes) or taxi (5/7 minutes) If come by car, the nearest garage is Garage dei Tintori, 3 minutes walking from the apartment.
