This house is in a superb location, it's walking distance from everywhere and around the corner from the Arno and the beautiful bridge. It is also a step away from a lively piazza - a delight to come back to at the end of every day. The place is compact but charming and the amenities are everything that one may need. Alberto was super proactive and clear in communication. Great stay!

Host was helpful and responsive, answering quickly and always trying to help. Appartment is positioned in cosy, quiet neigbourhood with nearby grocery stories. It is positioned in vicinity of the city center so walking there was not a problem. Also T2 tram leads directly to the main train station. Appartment us spacious and well equipped.

Great stay, quiet apartment, very clean and suitable for couples, equipped with everything you need (hairdryer, iron, dishes, etc.) less than a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella. We came on very hot days and thanks to the air conditioning we had a great time. Really comfortable bed, powerful WiFi, very kind and very responsive hosts. The only thing to keep in mind are the three flights of stairs without an elevator - they are very steep, especially the top floor, which is a fairly narrow spiral staircase. No problem in general, but with very heavy and/or bulky luggage it can become complicated. For the rest, ten with honors!

If we return to Florence, this apartment will undoubtedly be our accommodation again. Well located, very quiet, both during the day and at night. The terrace exceeds all expectations. Beautiful view, plenty of space, wonderful sitting and enjoying. The shower didn't bother us. For those who love charm and luxury, this is 5 stars. David responds quickly and kindly.

Great location, easy to walk off the train and right across the street to the residence. The building was quiet and you’d never know it was close to the train station. Safe entry, walking distance to everything in Florence, and was grateful that Emmanuela met us at the property and gave us instructions on how to enter the building and how to use the amenities in the house. FANTASTIC Airbnb!! Location is excellent with a 5 minute walk to most places. The apartment was clean and absolutely perfect. Two full bathrooms that were fully stocked, comfortable bed, great A/C, very safe, and overall just perfect. He gave me clear instructions to find the apartment and to check in. I honestly love this place and can’t wait to come again.

Exceptional in everyway. One of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed. Additionally, Antella is a lovely town and only a short distance from Firenze. It is the best of all worlds, living in the countryside only a short distance from one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I must also add that Bianca and Andreas are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. An incredible place.

This place is so beautiful! After a crazy day in Florence it was nice to go back to this peaceful beauty. Laura and her family were so nice and helped us with any questions we had about the area. The house is big too so gave us a little space from the kids for a bit too lol

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

We stayed at Elisa’s place for a week and were very happy with our experience. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While it wasn’t luxurious, it was peaceful, practical, and exactly what we were looking for. The location is beautiful and quiet — perfect if you’re looking to relax away from the crowds. We were traveling as a family with our 11-month-old baby, and the house was very suitable for that. Communication with Elisa was generally smooth, though responses could sometimes have been a bit quicker. The only minor downside was the internet connection, which wasn’t always stable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back in the future. Thank you, Elisa!

Sandro's apartment is just as shown in the pictures, clean, tidy, and suitable for four people.The coffee Sandro gave us was delicious... The apartment is a short distance from the station, a ten-minute walk, the apartment is not far from the beach and the supermarket, it is convenient for sightseeing and living.If you come to Rimini, I would recommend you to stay.

We were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable right away, the apartment is very nice and private. The view from the terrace is fantastic. What was a bit disturbing was the street in front of the house, but in the evening there was not so much going on. All in all, it was really great. It also had everything you need.

Caterina was a wonderful host. She met us at the condo and her love of her city was obvious upon meeting her. The location of the condo is incredible, just steps to the Piazza della Signoria and a short walk to the Piazza del Duomo. Super easy to access everything Florence has to offer. The condo was very clean and spacious with modern amenities in a historic building. Though in the middle of everything, it was very quiet inside. If you go to Florence and want to be in a great neighborhood with lots of great restaurants; but want to be able to walk to anything important - this is your place. Clean, comfortable, safe location and space. Check in instructions included pictures to walk you thru every aspect. Tommaso was very proactive and responsive. If we come to Florence again, we will definitely try to stay here.

Lucia was an excellent host! prompt in her responses and consistently helpful throughout our stay. She kindly recommended a superb restaurant, where I enjoyed the best pasta I have ever tasted. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, making us feel immediately at home. It also featured thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. Lucia had kindly provided us with some drinks and sweet treats upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this cosy little apartment!

The accommodation is large and impeccable, located in a villa full of charm. Very well maintained and clean. Despite a problem with the air conditioning, we felt the owner was proactive in having it repaired. She ended up installing a removable AC that was sufficient. I would recommend it in a second.

Staying here made us feel like we were truly a part of Florence. The apartment is cozy, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located—central to everything. EXCEPTIONAL CLEANNESS If you are a sensitive for the cleanness this is the place. I really felt like my home for the cleanness and was very satisfied. I will definitely come back if I come to Florence. Cosimo is the kindest host and his recommendations were amazing! It is located on 4th floor without elevator but our 5 years old boy could handle it well. We didn’t complain. And Cosimo helped to carry the luggage when we checked in. Location is so good as well! Close to everywhere. Thanks for your hosting! This was the best Airbnb of our 4 Airbnb in Italy.

Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!
