I absolutely loved my stay here! The place is surrounded by beautiful nature, making it incredibly quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the same time, it was super convenient, with bakeries and grocery shops just a short and easy walk away. I’d love to come back again.

We stayed at Maria Luisa's for 3 days during the Christmas holidays. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Sheltered location with beautiful mountain views. Maria Luisa was always responsive in times of need. The only advice, given the somewhat rough road to get there, is to save the location on the navigator. Definitely recommended to everyone.

Vacation above expectations. The house is essential, but with everything you need, very clean and cozy. The wood-burning heater was a beautiful and engaging discovery. The lack of electricity, supplied by the photovoltaic, was not a problem, as well as we really appreciated the absence of the TV. A little less, from the ladies, the inability to use the hair dryer....but, quiet, it seems that from next year the 220 (unfortunately!) arrives. Enzo and his wife were very kind and very helpful as were co-host Michela. The surroundings are beautiful and allow hiking in pristine mountains. Not far from the house, I point out La Posteria Baitel, where you can eat typical local dishes, be welcomed by the very nice Lollo and make friends with the Valleys who are extremely friendly.

we stayed for three days with our two children, Oreste and Aunt Adele were very nice giving us a lot of information about the area, I hope to return soon to visit the surrounding area.

The two days we spent on Pierinos estate weren't enough to fully appreciate all the advantages this place has to offer. Nevertheless, we are left with a great impression. Thank you very much, Pierino.

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed the days in Val Poschiavo. The great accommodation was a perfect base for our excursions. The house is great! Sensational location with views over the entire valley, very good amenities, absolutely clean, great garden. The communication with Ursula was very pleasant. A few days before arrival, we received all the necessary information and Ursula also tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks a lot!

We liked the apartment very much, great location, great balcony, swimming pool and hot tub perfect. My older kids and their friends loved it. Fabulous place. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. We loved the amazing view. We hired a car so was easy to get down to the lake. Would recommend and love to return . Moritz replied very quickly when we needed information

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Riva del Garda, managed by the same owners as Residence Filanda. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Although the immediate area is quiet and there isn’t much around within walking distance, it was a peaceful and relaxing base for exploring the region. The hosts were very welcoming and professional, and their care for the property really shows. Overall, a great experience — we’re happy to give a 5-star rating!

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

We (2 adults, 1 baby + dog) spent 14 days in this fantastic bungalow and we were sad when we had to leave again. Gemma was an all-around perfect host. We felt super comfortable and "at home" from the first second. I have never experienced such a warm relationship before. Helpful with each of our concerns. The surroundings are absolutely amazing, every athlete's heart will get its money's worth here! There are endless cycling and hiking trails. We will definitely not have been there for the last time. Beautiful cabin in a quiet area, equipped with everything you need, recently renovated also with a view to energy efficiency. Thoughtful and cozy, all made of wood inside. Downstairs rooms make life easy if you have children. It's just a shame that walking is a little too long, but it's 3 minutes by car. Recommended!

Very nice and well-maintained structure. We stayed in the Violetta apartment, small but functional with a balcony with a wonderful view! I'd love to go back!

A paradise! A beautiful cabin nestled in the mountains! Clean and livable spaces! Breathtaking views. A strategic location for those who love to walk, in ten minutes on foot you can reach the Stelvio National Park. Absolutely recommended for those who love nature and silence! Host welcoming and available!

Marta is really friendly and specific. They provided us with all the arrival information at the property with extreme accuracy and punctuality. The apartment is truly delicious, with attention to detail and a short walk from the center of Temu and the ski resorts. It was a really positive experience!

Beautiful newly renovated apartment, modern and clean, equipped with all comforts, well-stocked with everything. Great area for accessing tourist services. Accommodation not easy to find (it is a bit hidden among the houses inside a small village). Not easy to reach by car to unload luggage (and the car must be parked a few hundred meters away). However, I rate this experience in this Airbnb super positively, I recommend it.

Beautiful location that offers a wonderful view. It is just a few minutes by car from the center of Bormio and offers many amenities such as the outdoor barbecue, the hair dryer in the bathroom and a private garage. Highly recommended

This apartment is very close to Tirano so it is an excellent base for catching the Bernina Express. The apartment has a lovely village Outlook and safe free parking in the small community car park.

We had a terrific (albeit rather short) stay at the Rosy's cabin. Just as many of the previous guests have pointed out, the place is pleasantly remote, yet very well equipped and comfortable, thus showing a great deal of artistic attention to detail. Rosy went above and beyond with welcoming us and helping to navigate the somewhat intricate road by escorting us in her own (smaller) car all the way up to the cabin. The hiking on the nearby trails was nice and the dinner at the adjacent Agriturismo was quite tasty, too. We definitely recommend this unique experience to everyone interested in venturing off the beaten pass.
