House vacation rentals in Santa Catarina Island

It is difficult to make an assessment at the time of the accommodation, as the whole package is absolutely amazing: The place, the tranquility, the safety, the silence, the nature everywhere, structure and utensils, architecture and good aesthetic taste, the cleaning and finally the service and support throughout the stay. It was irreplaceable days that we spent in the house, the rare mixture of a foot-style house in the sand with so much privacy and silence provides a degree of unparalleled relaxation, which I believe I had not yet experienced in any other stay. By a wide margin, I can tell you that the actual delivery of hosting as a whole is superior to what photos allow you to dazzle at first and also true to what all guest reviews try to narrate. And to close, Marleti's support was perfect at all times, as well as the care and services of Clauci (homemade) were essential for us to enjoy our stay in the best way. The biggest certainty is that we will be back.

Excellent! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do in the vicinity of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but despite this it is well located. I recommend it!

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. Janine was the perfect host! Her home was absolutely beautiful and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Janine allowed us to change our check in time the day we were due to arrive as we had a change in our plans which was very helpful as we were travelling with children! Language was no barrier for the communication which was amazing and we felt at home. There is everything you could ever need from a holiday home - including towels for the pool/beach, chairs and parasols for the beach and a few different toys/buckets and spades for the kids to use on the beach so we didn’t have to buy our own which was handy! The place was spotless and Janine arranged to have a cleaner come in midweek which was a lovely touch! We all enjoyed the balcony views which are incredible! If we are ever lucky enough to return to Floripa I hope we can stay in Janines beautiful home again :)

Wonderful villa with a super view, a beautiful garden, and an equally beautiful relaxation area with swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, barbecue area, armchairs and sun loungers!! The villa consists of a beautiful living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, and a suite upstairs with bathroom and jetted tub. Near the pool another house with 2 double beds, bathroom and kitchen (to go to a bedroom you have to pass through the first bedroom). Negative notes: When we asked the host if the climb was difficult (to understand which car to rent, and because we had read about Uber refusing to climb), we were told that there was no problem!! In truth, 4 Ubers (Comfort) in 5 days refused to get in and the rental car (fortunately taken 1.3) barely climbed... The house lacks maintenance and the suite lacks a door to isolate it from the living room, if someone opens the fridge and it's like having it next to the bed. Cute but mischievous monkeys!!

My stay was simply perfect! The site is exactly as described, very clean, cozy and well located. The host was super helpful and attentive from the beginning, always available to help with any questions or needs. I would definitely stay again and strongly recommend it to those looking for comfort and a great welcome!

A perfect location. Very quiet, with beautiful views and organized space. Very well-equipped place. A perfect place to rest and celebrate. We were made to feel very welcome and the service from Maria Marte and Adelaide was amazing. Super recommend and hope to return.

The house is exactly as described in the listing, spacious and well-kept rooms, super nice outdoor area with barbecue and garden. The location is very good, a quiet region and about 15 minutes' walk from Campeche beach, a residential neighborhood. We had a nice stay and no structural problems in the rooms and kitchen, which by the way is very spacious. Perhaps the only criticism made by the house cook during this period was the low amount of dishes (a single frying pan) but that was not a big problem. One of the rooms also did not have a total blackout, as there was no blind, and light entered early. Simple bathrooms but with a good shower, the typical rental house that is well worth it.

The house is beautiful and super cozy. The place is peaceful and quiet. Well located. Everything was very clean and organized. The house has all the necessary items to prepare meals. Everything was perfect. We had a great time. Our dog also loved the place.

This is a hidden gem - this should be your first choice if you are intending on staying in Floripa! Stayed for two months and was tough to say goodbye after getting a routine and becoming somewhat of a local. The hosts were extremely attentive and went above and beyond whenever an issue arose. I would highly recommend staying at this property for the proximity to the beach and quality of the villa! Thanks again for the incredible stay!

Great place and great host. Would be nice to have a dryer or towel warmer considering the city is very humid during winter and nothing dries. Overall great place!

This was a great place, it was a very well-maintained house with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views. Very quiet and surrounded by birds, butterflies, and monkeys. The location was good - just steps from a public boat stop and about 20 minutes to walk to the main part of the area with many good restaurant choices. Great hiking or trail running options in either direction. Joe met us in person, was very welcoming and responsive, and was very flexible for check in and check out. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

I used to date this house for a long time, I was planning to go because the photos are breathtaking, I can say that personally is even better, a show apart, it was the best house I've ever stayed quietly We did not want to leave there, we did shopping and spent 4 whole days there cooking, enjoying the beach, view, hammock and more If you think about making that investment in your life: do it! You won't regret, the noise of the water it makes is addictive Gilberto is super helpful, had a day that even swept the beach to us, only compliments, I will come back more often.

Luiza’s house was amazing! I highly recommend it. It’s quite spacious and the view was amazing, It’s located on top of a hill and it has a balcony that overlooks the lake. It’s also within walking distance to the beach and near bars and restaurants. So it combines the goods of both worlds. Luisa is a great host, very responsive and well coming. I will definitely stay there in the future!
