Wonderful house with a fireplace, spa and pool

Very cozy space integrated with nature and the city, the house is an excellent space to receive a group of friends and families, it has a great location close to the three main shopping malls, national and international bakeries, the best markets, hotels, gastronomic tours, and excellent restaurants and cafes, on the way to the northern beaches, it is in the heart of the island, between the center, northern and southern beaches. The house is extremely comfortable, a mixture of wood, glass and stone. The most complete house.

My beach house.

Ribeirão da Ilha is waiting for you! Simple house, very comfortable, right on the sand, totally private, with direct exit to the sea and a small beach. Beautiful view, calm sea, suitable for bathing, great for fishing and water sports, boat ramp a few meters away and boat mooring in front of the house. Very close to Villa Casarão (parties and events), in the middle of the oyster gastronomic route and a few minutes from the airport. Parking for up to 3 small or 1 large car. We will be happy to welcome you!

You will love my space because this in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, on the hill overlooking the Lagoa da Conceição and the sea. The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).
