The loft is cute! Very well located. I emphasize that it is super close on foot to the São Jorge Market and close to Av. Madre Benvenuta, both with many options to eat. If you're using Uber, it's a very strategic location and easy to get a car to various parts of the island. Thiago was very agile and kind in his responses, and was flexible about check-in. In short, it was a great experience. I would stay again.

Angelita is an exceptional host! Very friendly, dear and attentive. The accommodation is located in the historic center of Floripa and is an older building, however, the apartment has several modern touches in the furniture. From the balcony, we can contemplate the incredible view, even if not so close, of the seaside. It was a great place for my stay, close to many essential shops.

I highly recommend it, a wonderful stay and Diego is very attentive!

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor, heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season, it is open every day. As for the apartment, eating on the balcony looking at the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea lying in bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It's an excellent place to do home office. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We'll definitely be back again. We love it!!

Myself and my family had a great experience. Rodrigo was very helpful and gave us all the information very clearly even before we arrived. The apartment is very nice, with good infrastructure, clean, comfortable and organized. The structure of the condominium is excellent too. We love everything.

First, it is worth mentioning the attention given by Tom and Cida, who were very kind and attentive in relation to all instructions and assistance in relation to the apartment. The apartment and condominium are just like the pictures!! Kitchen, living room, balcony and large outdoor space, integrated and extremely comfortable for families! Fully equipped kitchen, nothing was missing!! Bedrooms: very comfortable beds, pillows. Bathrooms: very good showers, cleanliness and great basic items. Very good outdoor area, practical and private access to the beach safely. I hope to be able to come more often!! The stay was great!!

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The house has exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the market, gym, beach and with great delivery options in the area. Access is easy and the neighborhood feels very safe. The house itself is even better than in the photos: very comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, with everything very clean and organized. The hair dryers are great, which made a big difference to the group. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, but it is worth mentioning that, with only two bathrooms, it can get a little cramped. A highlight is also the large backyard, perfect for having fun and enjoying outdoor moments. The host was extremely kind, friendly and always very helpful. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!
