In the central area of Meia Praia, a building facing the sea (side apartment). Close to bars, shopping, restaurants and pharmacies. It has a barbecue, internet, garage, 2 bedrooms (01 en-suite with a double bed) and 2 single beds, 01 social bathroom, fully furnished apartment and full kitchen. Bath towels and bed linens. We don't have umbrellas and chairs, but you can rent them from a kiosk in front of the apartment :) NOTE: there is currently a nearby construction project in progress.

The living room has a 75-inch TV and the home theater has a 65-inch Mini Led Ambilight TV and Sonos sound system. Lights, curtains, air-conditioning and TVs in the living room and home theater are smart and operated via Alexa Show. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and water filter.

It was our first trip to Meia Praia, we love it, perfect to go with the family, Carolina is not even spoken, super accessible, kind, organized! The ap was impeccable when we arrived, all very organized, with everything we needed and more! When we arrived we were greeted with mimos she left for us! The super clean beach, a very well-kept place, the water was wonderful, my daughter played a lot, a place with movement but very familiar, and the very close, a few steps was already standing in the sand! In short, everything was wonderful, we loved it and we will definitely return, both by the beach and the Carolina ap!

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures (which is excellent, because the pictures are great). Very close to the beach and with excellent views. The furniture and fixtures are new and well taken care of. The bed is very good, and the shower is excellent! The cleaning of the apartment really was a positive surprise! And Rafaela was attentive and easy to communicate at all times! I recommend it!

great ap. perfect location. The staff of the very beloved building, the extremely clean ap, and clean, smelling bedding. The only thing missing a couch, there is only 1 armchair. The remaining 10.

A scenic beachfront promenade is lined with palm trees and lush greenery. Paths are paved, leading toward the shoreline in the distance, where modern buildings can be seen. Benches provide seating options along the route, inviting leisurely strolls along the coastline.
